So I recently moved in to this complex and Top Charge is in charge of the utilities in the complex. So I went to the app and found that my utilities were +-R389 in total and I initiated the payment process then paid R400 to my surprise when I went back to the app I had another charge of R+-R30 I initiated the payment process again then I thought I was done just as I went back into the app again the is another charge added on my account how annoying is that Please help me make it make sense,how do you say your customer must pay a certain amount then just after they have paid you say they must pay again and again….!!! Am so p*ssed with this app or utility management app it’s so annoying and I feel they are just ****ming people out cause how does such happen

This company took over electricity in our complex, 12 days later I have had to load electricity nine times - from loading three times a month! I keep getting told about usage yet that doesn’t make sense cause nothing has changed from when I was using previous meter box. I cook once a week cause I’m barely home. I leave home around 7am and back late afternoon. I don’t put the heater on cause I use a hot water bottle or electric blanket in bed. I switch off all the lights and leave in the room that I’m seated in. When I ask why the units are getting depleted so quickly I’m given graphs telling me about my usage. Nothing about my usage has changed!!!!!!! I have had my electricity switch off more times in the past 7 days than I ever had in time staying in the complex. The app shows I have units yet the electricity switches off. And when I ask why I don’t get notification that my units are running low I was given a lousy excuse that my number wasn’t registered yet I put my number on the registration form we had to fill in before cut off date for change over! I am livid!

Top Charge is charging us exuberant amounts of money for electricity. They deduct our electricity daily, even when you are not using it they deduct money from your electricity. They claim its for Tshwane. However month end we pay an additional +-R1000 for utilities and when you buy electricity they deduct an additional 10% of the money. This is ******ion
