Top Charge is charging us exuberant amounts of money for electricity. They deduct our electricity daily, even when you are not using it they deduct money from your electricity. They claim its for Tshwane. However month end we pay an additional +-R1000 for utilities and when you buy electricity they deduct an additional 10% of the money. This is ******ion
I won a free upgrade to premium in December on the spin the wheel competition, but since this month I am billed as a premium subscriber and I never asked to be upgraded to premium. Now my services are disconnected even after I paid my monthly debit order. I have been in contact with their Facebook team since last week but still I'm disconnected from my services. Why must I be abused even after paying my monthly debit order fee. This is utter nonsense because now I'm told I must pay extra because I'm apparently a premium subscriber
I took out the black Friday price lock deal. I am supposed to R500 a month plus R35 insurance. After fighting with them for almost a month to deliver, eventually they delivered towards the end of January, and they debited my account with R259. I did not receive any communication from multichoice, now I ask about my account and I am told, they will be debiting my account with over R800 this month. Which was not per our agreement.
To date, I am still waiting for my paid up letter. I have paid for everything and still no one has bothered to give me my paid up letter.
So I ordered a dstv price lock deal, over a month ago, and to date I am still waiting for an installation. I am the one who has to keep following up and all I get is we are escalating the case, I have tried all channels of communication, email, Facebook, call center and still no help, very disappointed in their service delivery

I ordered a rain sim card, and it has never worked, since it arrived, they deducted R158 from my account, without even communicating what is was for. Their customer support is actually non existent.
I was requested to settle my account, and when I did, they tell me that they can't issue a paid up letter, its over 3 months since I paid but still no paid up letter. This is ridiculous, but when you wanted the money you were chasing me every single day
