So I recently moved in to this complex and Top Charge is in charge of the utilities in the complex. So I went to the app and found that my utilities were +-R389 in total and I initiated the payment process then paid R400 to my surprise when I went back to the app I had another charge of R+-R30 I initiated the payment process again then I thought I was done just as I went back into the app again the is another charge added on my account how annoying is that Please help me make it make sense,how do you say your customer must pay a certain amount then just after they have paid you say they must pay again and again….!!! Am so p*ssed with this app or utility management app it’s so annoying and I feel they are just ****ming people out cause how does such happen
Got the quote and they couldn’t beat my current premium and they paid me R1500
So today I decided to go to Vodacom lakeside mall because I have a problem with my router the download speed and upload speed has been bad on my Alcatel router for a while now. But I was sent to one of the baddest consultant ever by the name of Paulina she didn’t even try to assist me only thing she kept saying was that my account is in arrears and there is nothing she can do about that instead of advising me on what steps I should take to fix the problem I had or how she can be able to assist me That lady is very rude she has no customer service skills of any sort,only reason am still using Voda it’s because of my contract but once it comes to an end am cutting all ties with them period.!!!
Been calling debtbusters the whole week and no one has actually assisted me with the query I have and the financial consultant who has been working on my case is just so unprofessional he naver answers my emails and when I call he’s always on the line or he’s not yet in at work. This is probably one of the most terrible service am getting for debt busters
I recently bought the home LTE from Vodacom placed the order online at a promotion of R349 for 36 months. Got the package on the 30th of last month but now am being billed +-R446 whereas online it was R349 for 36 months and am also being billed for the full amount for last month whereas I started using it it on the 30th When I call them am being sent from pillar to post last call reference is :1-35771592505728
So Vodacom decided to give me a replacement phone,but it has not been even a week the phone they gave me just got a grey screen lines from top to bottom of the screen And I pleaded with them not to give me a used phone but they did anyway If I could I would really cancel this contract with Vodacom Please help.!!!
I took my phone back to VodaRepairs at lakeside mall and a week later they told me the courier company got hijacked and now a week later am still waiting for a replacement device mind you I sent this this on 12-09-2020/ and now it’s almost a month I don’t have a replacement Please help
Was visiting Vodacom in lakeside mall Benoni,had a problem with my iPhone and what got to me is that where they are booking cellphones for repairs they had two guys helping customers and more than six counters which had no stuff and there was a long que. I took me an hour for me to be assisted and when I went in for the collection it also took me about 45min to be assisted Of which I find very inconvenient to us as customers that they have only two guys assisting with repairs and when one goes for lunch only one is left .
