On Monday 25 May 2026 around 19h00, the courier company Buffalo Logistics collected my complete return package, and I received an official proof of collection (BUFEX825021440NYQ).However, Temu is now refusing my refund by claiming that all items are missing from the parcel. I handed over every single item directly to driver Maria Dovo, meaning any missing inventory was lost or mishandled after the courier took physical possession of my goods.I have attempted to resolve this through Ellie, a senior problem-solving specialist at Temu (Ticket ID 1779819158184988) but met with cold and uncaring rejections. It is entirely unfair to penalize a consumer for a logistics failure that occurred within Temu's own supply chain. I demand that Temu immediately review my case, investigate their courier partner, and issue my full refund to my original payment method.

My parcel was marked as delivered but I have not received it. For months I've been trying to contact temu and the courier. Now they say I'm outside the 30 day window period. My order was over R1000 they refuse to redeliver or refund

I ordered an airfrier from. TEMU, before it was delivered I got one as a gift. I did not open the box and returned it to Temu with their courier. They say they never received it. What can I do to get my R888 back Kind regards Maryna Porter

At first had doubts but went ahead anyway because the variety of products you could find on Temu were quite impressive. The first time I ordered I didn't read the product reviews under each section so I bought something that was quite the fabric i thought it was until I held it. But there after I made sure to always check reviews so that I can get a sense of the product quality, size and functionality based on other people's reviews (people who had already bought the product). So basically, Just make sure to read the reviews under each product and you'll never be left surprised or disappointed.

When they offer s reward if you spend R200 the items that they reward you with as free items never arrive. They also dont refund you into your bank account they simply credit your account and the credit is never visible so be very careful with this company . They are sharks and you must take great care when giving them your account details. The spin and win is a hoax and very confusing.

**Poor after-sales service and no clear refund process** I placed an order with Temu on **25 March 2026** and received three order numbers. I later received a message from **FastWay Couriers** stating that my parcel was on its way. However, nothing arrived. When I checked the Temu app, my order was still showing as being processed. To date, my goods do not appear to have been processed through any courier, nor have they landed at customs. Despite this, no refund has been processed. I have contacted Temu support several times, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. You first deal with a bot, and when an agent eventually responds, they do not provide a clear date or time for the refund. Different agents give different timelines, and the issue keeps being sidestepped. I even tried to obtain contact details for a senior person to escalate the matter, but without success. I paid upfront, received no goods, and still have no confirmed refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before placing an order. The after-sales service is poor, and it feels as though Temu deliberately avoids giving clear answers or processing refunds promptly when an order has not been delivered.
