My parcel was marked as delivered but I have not received it. For months I've been trying to contact temu and the courier. Now they say I'm outside the 30 day window period. My order was over R1000 they refuse to redeliver or refund
I bought a nescafe gold coffee from the store. Delivey arrived and there was no protective shield. I opened it to find the product completely smashed. It's been 3 weeks with no resolution.

Missing items. I called the store. The store said I'm lying. I asked them to send me footage so that I can send it to the customer service team. Never happened called customer service. They advised they going to call me back and provide a voucher. Never happened. Basically called me a ****. Horrible service
I recently upgraded, but due to some faults, I returned the phone before the 7 day period. It has been over a week with no contact from Telkom. I have a phone I'm paying but no phone. Robbing people honestly
Good day I received bad service from xpresso in old mutual Pinelands. On the 21st of December, I went past 8 to go buy a milkshake. The cashier told me that the milkshakes are only served after 12 and I said I'll come back later. Past 10 my friend came up with a milkshake. I asked her where she got it, she said at xpresso even though they told me they will serve it past 12. 1 o clock I went down to buy the milkshakes, the cashier said we don't have milkshakes. I told her but you told me after 12 and that's why I'm here. She laughed at me and said well the ice cream melted. I was so ****ed. Is this the customer service you providing to a customer that buys every day. You only serve the customers you want and laugh when they angry. I'm done with xpresso. Kind regards Ashton Kelderman
I placed an order 5 days ago. I got everything besides my dog food. Called the call centre they advised it was damaged in transit and it will take a week to sort out. Which means I'll be waiting 2 weeks for one item. No communication was made with me to say it was damaged in transit nothing. Makro is poor quality. Every single time I place an order I have a problem.
I'm still awaiting my refund from December for faulty goods Makro provided. Keeps on being escalated with no resolution. They even came to fetch the item but doesn't want to give my money back. Different advisers saying different excuses. You take people's hard earned cash and keep them on hold forever. Worst company ever. Advised not to order from them. I will be contacting my lawyers and the ombudsman
I've sent a faulty microwave that I bought from Makro back. It's been a struggle to get my refund. It keeps on getting escalated with no resolution. They take your money, the item and they can't even refund you. Will definitely take this further
I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund from Webafrica. My internet has been off for almost 2 weeks and they promised a refund. I've been texting them everyday they keep on saying the refund will be processed. They just ******* that's quick to take your money.
