I ordered an airfrier from. TEMU, before it was delivered I got one as a gift. I did not open the box and returned it to Temu with their courier. They say they never received it. What can I do to get my R888 back Kind regards Maryna Porter
I got a glass bowl as a gift. I want to change it for 2 smaller bowls and pay extra if necessary. Because I haven't got the till slip, they won't change the bowl
We got 2 Kong toys from our Australian cousins 3 weeks ago. The large one is fine but the smaller one may cause choking with our large dog. It is in the original packaging, we went to change it for a large toy. They refuse due to us not having the till slip. We explained it was a gif and our family had returned to Australia. We'll they said, then they cannot change it!!! I sent an email to the headoffice, but they did not bother to answer. BAD SERVICE!!!
Thanks for paying my medical expenses when I hurt my leg Dotsure. My parents, Willy and Maryna took me to the vet twice because my leg had a bad sore. We have received excellent service from Dotsure. Both claims a week apart was paid the following day. I find them very professional, with good communication with their clients.
i ordered a Seagull TILT umbrella and paid R334. They sent it on 3 Janaury 2022. I got the wrong umbre- umrella Seagull Beach umbrella R152 NON TILT I've been trying since I received the wrong umbrella to get it rectified. Many emails later, they tell me I received the right umbrella. I did not, sent them proof, and still no help. BAD, BAD service. Please help
I cancelled all vodacom contracts more than a year ago. They kept the debitorder going untill I stopped it. I sent them many letters regarding the cancellation. No feedback received. Now they gave the R600 that they claim I owe them to a debt collector, who is harassing me morning noon and night. After one of these phone calls they advised me to go and do an affidavit regarding the cancellation. I did that. The debt collectors have not sent me their email address yet after many requests. I sent the affidavit to vodacom, still no feedback. How do I get rid of VODACOM without going to court?
We've tried to get our fixed rate on our bond account changed for weeks now. They referred us to visit our local Absa. We went there 5 times without success. Last word from Amanda Botes at the bank was that they've got a technical problem!!!! In the meantime we're losing money. I just phoned the number on one of the many emails telling me that our case has been closed. Call centre referred us back to the branch. Running in circles without being helped.
