I app**** for my two pot on the 4th of April even now i have not received it till today nothing,I am extremely frustrated that the funds have still not reflected. This delay is unacceptable, especially with no proper communication or explanation provided. I have been patient long enough, and I need this matter resolved urgently. Please provide immediate feedback and ensure the funds are received without any further delays.

A tracing company called Ditlamelo benefits once contacted me in 2023 about my late husband's unclaimed death benefits which are held at Salt employees benefits. They told me there's a huge sum of amount but cannot disclose the amount that should be paid out. We sent all the relevant documents still no payout. In 2024 we contacted Salt Employee Benefits, one of their consultants confirmed there's a sum that should be paid out and we should send the documents again, still no response, 2025 September we called to enquire they told us they'll call back. 2026 February we sent an email, they asked us to send again relevant documents, we did and we kept on calling we were told to call again in the next 7 days, in one of the past weeks one of their consultants called us to say we were on a list of those to be contacted. Yesterday we called again but didn't find the 2 consultants who normally assist us, the lady who picked up the phone told us there are no funds due to my family how is that possible?

Salt Umbrella Fund do not respond to any of their communication channels. Not Via Email or phone numbers or member portal or website. Very alarming quietness only automated responses with the same message over and over. Seems like this business is on autopilot with no employees.

I app**** for my two pot on the 3rd of March and SARS finalized it on the 6th of March but then until now I have not received my funds it's almost a full month of them saying it's still in progress while other people who app**** after me received their funds already, how come?, it's annoying as the two pot is classified under "Emergency funds" but there is no sense of urgency.
