Salt Umbrella Fund do not respond to any of their communication channels. Not Via Email or phone numbers or member portal or website. Very alarming quietness only automated responses with the same message over and over. Seems like this business is on autopilot with no employees.
Dear Afrhost customer Please note not to use the relocation option on the afrihost app but rather take the new installation option. I have been send between Afrihost and Openserve now for 5 days with no peace of mind that anyone is going to contact me with in the next 48 to 72 Hours. Every time there is a block with other B number or a outdoor transfer another 48 to 72 hours are added. You will receive no emails to track any progress. On the WhatsApp support. You need to tell your whole issue from the start with a million different operators on line. It is a nightmare, please do not think it is an easy plug and play if the host and fibre service provider is actually the same people. No rather do new installation.
Do not make the mistake to register any of your details with this company they will never stop calling. They keep on phoning at night weekends none stop. Think I block now 10 different phone numbers. They are a ****. I got luck by reading their hellopeter reviews before investing money. I am grateful I missed that part. Just wish the calling will now stop
DirectAxis consolidated the wrong account with my money and are not taking any accountability for their actions. It has been 1 year and 9 months with no Solution. Safe yourself a lot off time, money and headaches and do not let them ever consolidated accounts on your behalf. It is a nightmare... The interest on the currant value with the outstanding account is also NOW a dispute.
