Based on recent customer reviews, Restonic is facing significant dissatisfaction from buyers across multiple retail outlets including Sleepmasters, Bradlows, OK Furniture and Bears. Customers consistently mention mattresses sagging within weeks or months of purchase, springs protruding, and bases producing squeaking or cracking noises. A recurring theme is frustration with the warranty claims process, where shoppers describe being asked repeatedly for photos and videos, only to have claims rejected over minor stains or asked to pay substantial fees toward replacements. Isolated mentions of helpful resolution exist, but overall sentiment leans heavily negative.

I am extremely disappointed in the way my warranty claim has been handled. I reported a sagging issue on my Restonic Orca-DeLuxe mattress, which is clearly a structural defect. After submitting photos and videos, I was informed that my claim would not be considered because the mattress is “not in a clean condition” due to a coffee stain. I find this reasoning unacceptable. A surface stain has absolutely nothing to do with the internal structure or support of the mattress. At no point was it explained how a coffee stain could cause or justify sagging in a specific area. What is even more concerning is that only after I questioned this and mentioned escalating the matter, I was then told I could have the mattress professionally cleaned (at my own cost), submit proof, and then possibly proceed — with an additional service warranty fee payable before any further assistance. This feels like an attempt to avoid honouring the warranty by introducing new conditions and costs, rather than addressing the actual defect. I would like clarity on the following: How does a stain invalidate a structural defect claim? Why was this “cleaning and fee” option only introduced after I challenged the initial rejection? Why am I expected to pay fees before the defect is even properly assessed? Consumers should be aware of how warranty claims may be handled in cases like this.

Bought Restonic bed in July last year. Bed came with a 5 year warranty. Bed collapsed this year April... Contacted Restonic. They asked for specifics which i sent... Up to date... no reply.... Even when phoned the say they will get back to me but still nothing. Highly dissatisfied as i paid over R6000 for the bed. The consultant that dealt with me seemed interested but as usual its a ploy to keep you calm and collected.

I have purchased a restonic king size bed at OK in Piet Retief and iam relly not happy with the beds quality , the bed is sinking and also very uncomfortable to sleep on . I wake up constantly with body pains, the bed is not even a year old Its really not a good brand as the outlets say it is, i would of being happier with a no brand bed from local venders

It's been 2 years of me trying to have my king size mattress sorted out, I have had no joy. Disgusting customer care service. Don't sell ******* and expect people to except it.

I logged a complaint about a sagging mattress in October 2025, the bed was purchased in May 2025. In Feb 2026, the base of the bed broke and sunk down. The bed was purchased through OK furniture in Komani. When l tell you that l was going to the store weekly for updates and getting no assistance at all so l decided to speak to Restonic directly, l was in contact with Stacia. We spoke last week Tuesday (17/03/2026), and she informed me that she would authorise a collect and credit with the store. Today (23/03/2026) l went to the store and received my refund. Thank you so much Stacia. I was in a battle with OK furniture for months.

I bought a restonic embassy queen size bed at Sleepmasters in November 2025. It's not even six months since I bought and the bed is already sagging n the middle and causing back pain for me , what a disappointment!!!
