Bought a RESTONIC bed from their Chatsworth branch last year July. Paid over R6000. April this year the bed collapses. Go to them and complain. With no interest they tell me they will contact Restonic itself and i must wait.... My point is i bought the bed from SLEEP KING, I PAID SLEEP KING. NOW WHEN THERES A PROBLEM I MUST DEAL WITH RESTONIC IN GAUTENG.... PATHETIC ESPECIALLY WHEN I PAID CASH FOR THE BED AND WAS GIVEN A 5 YEAR WARRANTY.
Bought Restonic bed in July last year. Bed came with a 5 year warranty. Bed collapsed this year April... Contacted Restonic. They asked for specifics which i sent... Up to date... no reply.... Even when phoned the say they will get back to me but still nothing. Highly dissatisfied as i paid over R6000 for the bed. The consultant that dealt with me seemed interested but as usual its a ploy to keep you calm and collected.
Visited the Shallcross, Durban branch. Pathetic, disgusting. Staff were overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Could not handle the load. They were arguing amongst themselves. First time ever to buy Hungry Lion... definitely the last time
Visited the SHELL GARAGE in WESTCLIFF, CHATSWORTH, DURBAN. Had the most unpleasant experience at the KWIK SHOP. The cashier, an AFRICAN FEMALE, was so rude and disrespectful. No smile or customer service etiquette. Even after i tried to be polite she just ignored me. And it was 5am and she had just started her shift. She stated so to her colleague. I don't understand why ppl want to work in a place they dont want to and ruin everyon elses day.
The sales ppl are outstanding but the ppl in their admin are pathetic. Ladies who think just becoz they run their husbands life at home they can speak to other men the same way... I will never refer anybdy to these ppl.
Arrived at Ocean Basket in Gallaria. Waited for seating almost 5 minutes. Store was empty. Finally told to sit anywhere... Waited 15 min and no waited arrived to even provide a menu. Finally got tired and decided to leave. Only then the waiter comes running to ask why we leaving.... Unacceptable seeing that the store was empty. Camt to John Dorys and received immediate attention.... Wont go back to OCEAN BASKET....Any Branch.
Process was easy quick. the consultant was knowledgeable and even the authorisation process was quick....
Terrible service. ****** staff. Bayview branch. Donot go there. Very disappointed. Since its in the heart of Chatsworth. The staff both indian and black have no customer service etiquette... Pathetic.... Pathetic.... Pathetic...
Pedros Bayview never fails to dissapoint. Its as if the moment you place an order for more than 2 ppl the staffs brain start to short circuit... Then they speak in their native language which other races dont understand and you wind up with the wrong order. 10 points to PEDROS for having the most UNEDUCATED STAFF. Only good about PEDROS is.........sorry cant think of anything.
Visited Edgars Chatsworth. Purchased a gift for my wife. When paying the cashier has an issue with his till. He calls his manager a female named VANILLA. From the outset her attitude was pathetic. She first tells the cashier to wait and after 5 minutes she come to the till and says the computer is starting we should wait. 10 min later im still waiting. The cashier calls her again and she tells him rudely to wait. I then call her and she ignores me. I am then moved to another till but i lose my R50 voucher as it was scanned at the other till. Vanilla needs to leave her problems at home and do what shes paid for. But Edgars Chatsworth has always had the MOST RUDE STAFF.
