Half cooked Food
Good day I've purchased 10 x beans bunnies this morning from your Phoenix store, I've given 9 out to the people begging on the road, and kept one for myself, Only to get into it, hard beans, hard potato and hard half cooked dhall lentils at the bottom, Rather disgusted with the manner your food was prepared, People pay their hard earned money to buy food, yes I understand it's a vegetarian shop, but this food has to be prepared well as well. Rather Sad to have distributed "half cooked food" to people.

Kara Nichhas Ormonde/Crownwood Branch
Hi, I'm from PMB and grew up eating Kara Nichhas. The Ormonde Branch is a disgrace to the name and especially the brand. I have put up a review on Google Reviews, about the food and service a while back as well. Today I went to buy sweet meats for Shivarathri. I waited more than 20 mins and the line didn't even move. While waiting more than 6 other customers left cause they were tired of waiting. There is no rush or concern from the staff. Everyone is just laid back without a care in the world. After 38 mins of waiting, I also left. After reading the reviews on Google I'm surprised that this branch is still open. I will never visit your branch ever again. Thank you

Disgusting puri patha
This morn I went to Kara Nichas in Reservoir Hills. I purchased puri patha and was given the most disgusting puri ever , they were dark brown and hard and stiff . How can yourl serve such horrible food and expect someone to eat that , the patha was sliced thin like paper and was broken in pieces waste of my money!
