Pathetic service from PicknPay Asap service is gone downhill . Placed an order on the 27th April , ( PicknPay Westwood ) around 2 . Waited and waited checked app and it said order delivered at 3:27! I had not received anything !!! It was to the value of R403.95 . I called the store sooo many times my Freedom Day was ruined by PicknPay . I spent so much airtime going back n forth with customer service and the store , meanwile that idiot driver delivered my order to another road! He got caught out when I asked him to describe my house and he got desctiption wrong then he realised it was the wrong road . Around 4:14 he came to my house and made an excuse that his gps was faulty I told him take the order back to the store as I ordered milk and margarine that was out of the fridge for hours and in SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE! PicknPay has not refunded me . Please check all calls with customer care and I spoke to a guy named Edwin at the Westwood Store . I want my refund for R403.95 for an order that I never received , We wont be supporting yourl , theres Woolies , Checkers , Food*****s and Spar who gives beter service
Not happy at all with Absa . Absa rewards give vouchers that dont work and dont do anything about it and asking a simple question like why isnt my Amazon refund reflecting in my avail balance doesnt get answered but instead I get a reply about tax certificate which I didn ask about . Fees are also so high
This morn I went to Kara Nichas in Reservoir Hills. I purchased puri patha and was given the most disgusting puri ever , they were dark brown and hard and stiff . How can yourl serve such horrible food and expect someone to eat that , the patha was sliced thin like paper and was broken in pieces waste of my money!
We have been a Defy loving family from early 80s . All our appliances from fridges , dishwasher, washing machine and table top stove have all been Defy . We had a very old fridge n freezer that was not frost free that lasted 17 years . It survived moving house 3 times and stil ran good till 2019 . It was perfect in size and perfectly kept our food cold and frozen with no mishaps . Defy is like a family member .They are innovative and their applicances have great longevity. They are the only long-standing appliance brand that we trust
Absolutely amazing service! I have bought numerous times and I have always received great service but what I appreciate the most is that they make sure you are happy with your products they are not a company that only cares about money , customer satistaction is top of their list!
We were reviewing our policy today and we had great service from Paballo and Obakeng . They were so efficient and so understanding . I wish more agents could have their compassion
Ive been waiting from the 21st Aug til today for my refund of 1 box of Nescafe cappuccino but received nothing . Why is it taking so long? If i dont receive my refund Im going to report yourl to Consumer Alert
Lancet double claimed from me which is ******* . They sent me invoice sayin outstanding amt which I paid then they also claimed same amt from my medical aid . They have tried to do this once before but I said I will report them as its ******* and matter was sorted now no response to my emails Refund my money ! Im also waiting a month just for 1 receipt as we doing our taxes but they cant even do that . Your used to give good service but not anymore yourl gone downhill

This is regarding Pick n Pay Westwood branch . I currently dont have a car and I have been using the asap app for groceries . They sent me bread that was going to expire on same day , on another occasion they left the hard plastic tag on the seal of my coffee refill packet . On a prev occassion they sent me pizza that already expired and 1kg flora gold magarine that was about to expire in 3 days Pick n Pay should be reported for this and thats wat Im going to do
