Thisyeat I had the absolute worst experience with fnb. From struggling to get staff to upgrade my account to issues with getting my ID. I requested a branch visit for my ID at the beginning of the year. No one contacted me to confirm. Then I get a call a few months later and I'm told I can come in. When I tried to call back because I had a fever no one in fnb could tell me who to contact. How **** is this? Then I message your consultants in app and they tell me the process to book on the fnb app.,just so I get shown away at the branch. This is the last straw. I will be canceling my accounts with you in the new year. It does not matter how great you product offering is if I can't access it due to bad service. The service I receive is not worth the rates you charge. You should be embarrassed tha your service has declined so much over the last view years.
I've actioned a sale online. An agent with no soft skills called me and gave me a different price. She then said I need to speak to someone else and dropped the line. When I escalated I was told to call them and when I call them I'm told they cant assist. How are you even in business? This is a sh*t show
Keep getting calls and SMS about my account not being paid. The more queries I log to ask for them to investigate and allocate the money to my account, the more I get ignored. Do you really even know what customer service is? If you impact my credit score incorrectly again, I will take this matter further.
Hi, My mother took a loan at your hideous bank. With this loan, she applied and paid for insurance that should kick in should she no longer be able to pay. When she got retrenched - she had to sit in the bank in PE for hours whilst your staff tried to get information about the insurance (which clearly indicates that you never plan to pay it out in the first place). They had to call all kinds of different people and g back of forth just to get the T&C's. Then she is told it can pay out unless she is behind on her payment when she does get behind you threaten her with legal action and refuse to still pay out the insurance that should cover the outstanding money. Then your call center finally tells her after months of threats that she can pay a min of R200 pm. Then you still go ahead and threaten her, and now you cancel the insurance that should have been paid out already? This is fraud, you cannot let someone pay insurance hen you cant even get a hold of the T&C's of it yourself - you stole the money and now you can't put your money where your mouth is. Unlike Capitec, we don't make threats, but I can promise you, there is going to be hell to pay. You will not be able to recover for this.
HI, Places an order on the 23rd of December. Your TAT says it can be collected with 5-7 days. Firstly, you had a top I order available online - then all of a sudden when it should be packed there is no stock (clearly your system is flawed). I was then advised last week that I will get a refund for that specific item whilst the rest will be sent. No refund to date. The rest of my order is still on hold - I want it by Monday - or I'm going to the ombud for false advertising Ref: ********** 63149 thanks
I don't usually complain, but I would really like to know what WW Greenacres definition of an expresses till is? I stood in line today for almost 10 min (walked out without assistance). I was the only person in the line. Your staff at the till just does not know what quick and efficient service is. The normal queue moved much faster - and I could not be assisted there, as I was not in that queue. Do you deliberately put your slowest workers at the express till? This is not the first time it happened, but definitely the last time I will support the Greenacres branch
My mother has been trying to get a hold of a manager at Cell C for days now. She is promised a call back everytime! When she went to the beach - the lady called the head office for assistance and AGAIN manager did not want to take the call? YOu are giving my mother a bad credit rating after she called you and asked you to change her debit order date and you are debiting an amount of R45 for a data card that she does not have, nor ever had. This is fraud and if this is not resolved and all funds refunded to her - we will open a case and we will launch a social media campaign against you and your questionable practices. Please send a detailed record of all debit order deducted and where the request for the data card came from. YOur understanding of what customer service is is absolutely despicable and you should really just close your doors.
<p>FNB is clearly not the bank for the working class anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I accidentally locked my account and I can't reset my password on their website or their app.</p> <p> </p> <p>The website keeps kicking out my ATM password and the app keeps on telling me that there is a system issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some of us don't have the time to actually go to a branch, hence we join a bank with good website/app. Clearly no longer the case with FNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will definitely be moving banks.</p>
<p>Mr Price greenacres is really terrible. Every time one goes there the queues are very long and they dont move fast. Their staff shoes no urgency and takes their time with everything. If they show more urgency the queues will move much quicker. They really need training on custemor service. This never happens at any other branch.</p>
<p>When I first query about Oxbridge all my questions were answered except one, are there examination centres in PE. </p> <p> </p> <p>I assumed there was. When I received the study material, PE was not on the list for exams - I then email again with no response. I waited a while and sent another email even advising I'm going t o expose them for what they are on social media, yet again they do not respond and advise if there is an examination centre - this of course after they sent me about 10 email in one day to request payment. After they received the money they don't respond to anything! </p> <p> </p> <p>Shockingly disgusting service! I will be taking this further!!!!!!!</p>
