Once again laying a complaint regarding Oxbridge's subpar services and constant excuses. I thought things would be different this year after the 3 years of stressful back and forth between them and SACAI for my GETC course. This year I was sent delayed results directly affecting me to register for matric through the DBE/WCED . And I have already paid for the matric course in full and now I am struggling to be issued a refund. I made it clear that I will not be writing the adult matric course through Oxbridge/SACAI due to the painfull experience of the GETC course and made it clear that I will write it through the DBE/WCED and Lenette Daniel, their registrar sent me forms, promising to get me into the system , saying that I was registered but when I called the WCED they could not find me in the system. I then sent an email as well as completed application forms saying that I want nothing to do with Oxbridge anymore due to all the excuses and lies and I will not be writing or registering through them for matric and that I will do it myself next year and I can no longer register now as the deadline has passed. Something that would not have happened if they simply sent my results on time. I now just want my refund and be done with them but now again I am struggling to get my money back despite being in contact with Lenette for weeks ,its simply the same dilemma with diffrent excuses. My parents went into debt for these courses and we always paid the monthly installments and the matric course has been paid in full. So we've paid for services that I have not even received as they have failed in every way regarding the matric course. What a horrible,horrible way to mess with someone's aspirations in life and their future. Most painful and psychologically affecting experience of my life. Demanding thousands for remarks and rewrites but offering very little assistance and support. I would give zero stars if the review allowed it.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my assignment that I resubmitted on 23 February. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails requesting an update, but unfortunately I have not received any response or feedback, and my marks have still not been released. This lack of communication is extremely concerning and unacceptable. As a student, I rely on timely feedback in order to plan my studies. I would appreciate urgent clarification on the following: 1. The status of my resubmitted assignment submitted on 23 February. 2. When I can expect to receive my marks and feedback. 3. Whether this delay will affect my ability to write the module in the June examination session. I kindly request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible, as the prolonged delay and absence of communication is causing unnecessary stress and uncer*****y regarding my academic progress. I come a long way with Oxbridge, and I must say - since the collaboration with bigger names in the Higher Education alot has improved, the service, the support even the Staff are more efficient. I've been with this institution for 3 years now and it has been hell. I recently had to rewrite my math literacy GETC paper in November of 2025 for the third time! As their examination body SACAI (which is a nightmare on its own) keeps failing me despite achieving high marks for my site based assessments and they have done this with countless other students especially those completing their matric through UCT online high school as SACAI is also their examination body. I am never even allowed to view my exam scripts and receive no feedback whatsoever. Oxbridge has never even reached out for academic support or tutoring and I've paid all my outstanding fees for both the GETC course and the Adult matric course and I cannot complete my matric course without a proper GETC certification . Just last week I was told that for my most recent rewrite that the result statement says incomplete. I had to complete a new batch of site based assessments which I did and sent in last October and I even received the marks for it all in the high 70's,80's and 90's. Now SACAI says they never received it which is why the result statement (which I have not even received I was told it says incomplete) says incomplete. So I don't know if Oxbridge never sent the assessments or what they are doing but I am now for the fourth time facing another dilemma and I am not receiving any support from Oxbridge but I was good enough to take money from. I am sick and tired. This has been a 3 year struggle . These people are blocking and standing in the way of my future I have been a dedicated student both academically and paid my fees and I have been patient but this is starting to affect me psychologically as I feel hopeless. My parents went I to debt to pay my fees ...... and spent thousands or rewrites as SACAI asks ridiculous fees for rewrites and rechecked of papers and even then the result stays the same I am now still awaiting feedback if the problem has been sorted out as the problem lies with Oxbridge.... they never sent my assignments or even updated my result statement of my assignments. The deadline for registration for May / June matric examination is this Friday 6 Feb and if this is not sorted by then I am stuck for another year! And nobody cares at this institution Please do not register with any institution that uses SACAI as their examination body including Oxbridge Academy. I am currently still waiting for a response regarding this matter. I hope to receive one soon

I’m giving 5 stars specifically to Carla Solomon, not the academy itself. The academy has been chaotic for some time now. They’ve changed their business name, but even before that there were ongoing issues books not being sent on time, a call centre that barely assists, and now a new website where the information is inaccurate and very difficult to navigate. It’s honestly hard to make sense of anything. Mind you mu tuition is always paid in full once off. Carla, however, is exceptional. She is kind, professional, and genuinely great at her job. Very supportive and honestly willing to help. She goes above and beyond to help and brings some much-needed clarity and calm to an otherwise frustrating experience. The company is very lucky to have her, and she truly deserves recognition and a promotion.
