Still waiting for refund.
So cell c Informed me as a client that I will receive my refund within 3 to 7 days gues what today Is day 7 and not a word.. I can't wait for my story to go public as I'm tired of this company robbing their own clients. Deducting with my permission and now I also have to pay for unauthorized debits. No more cell c and I won't recommend this provider to anyone.18 replies

Unauthorized debits
It seems Cellc can't resolve my issue regarding debits still going off... they called me and I did email them proof of payment arrangement via Eft but they keep on debiting. Any advise??25 replies

So I've been with cell c for almost 20 years of not 20 years already. They are deducting debit orders which I never gave authorization to do so.. I've asked them several times who will be responsible for those fees but no one seems to assist.11 replies

Kfc money deducted
Hi, so I tried to order food at KFC using the app.. the order didn't go through but I was billed for it. I've sent several emails and tried to call them with no luck. So now no food no money. The lady at the branch said there's nothing she can do. Silverton Van Wyk street branch. So if she can't assist customer care don't assist. What do I do.0 replies
