My geyser burst and no plumber available to replace geyser till Monday. According to them they all fully booked for the weekend. I then asked if I can get a company not on their panel ant they pay me to have it replaced NO!!! I have small children (twins) and must sit without warm water till Monday just because they cannot assist over a weekend. Pathetic !!!!! this is the worst company to ever have structure insurance wit. They don't cover any leaks if the pipe is in the floor NO COVER!!!! just pipes above the floor. where is plumbing pipes above the floor in a bathroom!!!!! this is the worst of the worst.

I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH MTN SINCE JUNE 2024 AS THEY OWE ME MONEY BUT SENDS MY CREDIT SCORE THAT I OWE THEM. ITS OCTOBER AND NOW IT SHOWS I AM 2 MONTHS IN ARREARS WHICH MEANS I AM LOSING CREDIT POINT AND IS VERY BAD FOR MY CREDIT SCORE. I HAVE SPOKEN AND SEND SEVERAL MAILS TO MTN WITH SEVERAL REFERENCE NR BUT TO DATE NOTHINGS BEEN DONE!!!! I JUST WANT TO BE RID OF MTN AND WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM!!!
MTN owe me money and they are giving false information on my payment record to credit score as they say i am in arrears for x2 months now instead of them owing me!!!!! Why can they just do it and now I need to write e-mails/letter/sms/phone!!!! I pay my bills every month and is very conscious of my credit score and they come and F..... it up and I am losing points due to their negligence!!!!! They promise every time to sort it, but to date nothing!!!!!!Who gives them the right to do that!!!!! Why do I as the person thats not at fault be penalised for MTN's incompetence?????? They just don't care!! PATHETIC!!!!
THEY OWE ME MONEY FOR 2 MONTHS AND PROMISED IT WILL BE SORTED BUT TODAY I LOOK ON MY CREDIT SCORE AND IT SHOWS THAT I AM 2 MONTHS IN AREARS WITH MTNAFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE. I HAVE BEEN DECLINED DUE TO THIS ON MY CREDIT SCORE. MTN MUST REMOVE THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
on 26 July 2023 and account was hacked and my salary and all extra funds was transferred from my account into a Bidvest account. I stopped all my cards via the ***** line on that day and was asked to get an affidavit and send it to them on 26 July 2023 as well as 27 July 2023. They told me it would take 3-7 working days. Well I am on day 12 (working days) and still nothing. Every time I follow up they say they await feedback from Bidvest. In the meantime I am living off borrowed money and need to start paying back, but to date nothing!!!!!! Every time I phone they will escalate and if I ask to speak to a super visor of somebody higher they decline and say that they can only correspond via e-mail. Friday 11 August 2023 I went to the bank to follow up regarding the new cards just to find out that the ***** department only did a soft block on my credit card and only blocked it on Friday so now I must wait another week +. The service is pathetic as I am the one that lost her whole salary and needs to struggle and all they say is that they are awaiting feedback from Bidvest.
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND PAY MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL INSTALMENT EVERY MONTH. APRIL I PAID AND THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM ON THEIR SIDE AS I E-MAILED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND THEY CONFIRMED RECEIVING IT. I EVEN GOT A LETTER SAYING ALL SORTED. THEN I GOT MY CREDIT SCORE AND I WAS 24 POINT DOWN DUE TO A MISSED PAYMENT TO THEM. I PHONED AND THEY PROMISED TO SEND ME A LETTER AND HAVE THIS SORTED ON MY CREDIT SCORE PROFILE, BUT NOTHING. WHY MUST I BE PENALISED THEIR MISTAKE!!????? IS THERE SOMEBODY THAT CAN HELP ME TAKING THIS FURTHER???????
CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYBODY TO HAVE VODACOM REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT SCORE AS I OWN THE NOTHING. THEY ARE QUICK TO PUT STUFF ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE BUT THEN IT IS A MISSION ON YOUR SIDE TO HAVE IT REMOVED. WHY IS IT NOT COMPULSARY FOR ANY COMPANY TO REMOVE THEM FROM YOU CREDIT SCORE IF THE ACCOUNT IS FULLY PAID AND NOT USED!!!!????
MY DEBIT ORDER IS FOR THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH NOW THEY PUT IT THROUGH ON THE 28TH WITH NO FUNDS AVAILABLE AND I HAVE TO PAY R61 FOR THAT NOT GOING THROUGH. THEY ARE NOT KEEPING TO THE CONTRACT I SIGNED WITH THEM AND NO I MUST PAY FOR IT!!!!!!
