So many bad experiences but now too many not to comment. Money that was supposed to be refunded in February is still outstanding and Candice Ford tells me nothing but 'waiting for feedback' and then after weeks, asks me to sign forms that were signed at the beginning of April. I am still waiting and Leesha Padiachi from the complaints department has done nothing and does not reply to emails. I ordered Forex online and confirmation was provided by Asanda Twalismeni that it could be collected at the Woodmead branch on Tuesday 17 June. I went there to collect it and no Asanda, no-one else who could assist me other than 'try the Mall of Africa branch'. This is how clients are treated and there is no consequence and a 'just don't care' attitude.
I have nothing but positive things to say about EZ Shuttle Services. From start to finish the booking, communication and service delivery was excellent. All staff and drivers very professional. I highly recommend using them for your transport requirements
My email address provided by Mweb has been hacked and it is impossible to get hold of MWeb support. They send a pin to my cellphone that doesn't arrive and have now held on to speak to an agent for 30 minutes. Wait until number 8 in line and the line goes dead
In November 2021 I was informed by Eskom that my meter is not working. I logged a fault and received a reference number. When following up, I was told the fault had been attended to, despite nothing being done. I have logged numerous faults since with no response and finally resorted to emailing Andre DeRuyter, Zodwa Mantyi, Customer services plus [email protected] who was supposed to resolve the issue. To this day, absolutely no action has been taken and I am being charged exorbitant interim amounts because they can not get a reading. Please can someone advise as to what to do?
I ordered some items online from NWJ on the 3rd December which were paid for on the same day. A confirmation email was provided to confirm receipt of the order. A few days later a second email was received confirming that the order was being sourced and I would be notified when it was ready for collection. Today I receive another mail telling me that if payment is not received the order will be cancelled! Responding mails to NWJ stating that the items have already been paid for have gone unanswered. I them phoned NWJ Head Office 3 times and asked to speak to the online order department. The three times I have called, I have been put through to the online order department who do not pick up the phone. The number is 031 570 5000 and each time I have been holding on until the call disconnects. Goodness knows now what has happened to my order. Will I receive it? Will it be cancelled? Will I be refunded? Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere - they do not deserve the business
I placed an order for 2 portions of Cielo pasta via Uber Eats on Satruday evening. The item on the menu is described as 'basil pesto, cream, mushroom, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, spring onion'. I am vegetarian so was shocked to be delivered a meal with no spinach, no basil pesto and stuffed with chicken. Needless to say, a meal costing over R300 had to go to the bin. There is no mention of chicken on the Uber Eats app and it is described as vegetarian. Contacting Col'Cacchio directly via their website has elicited no response. A refund is the least I would have expected but clearly they do not care about their customers.

Order placed on May 20 2020 still has items outstanding despite numerous calls and emails requesting completion, and assurances that delivery would take place by end of June
Parcel been with Aramex for nearly a month. Phone calls unanswered and emails to the complaints department which receive an automated response that you will receive a call within 24-48 hours has not been received 4 days later. According to tracking my parcel has been at the sorting facility since 5 June
Excellent experience with Nedbank Financial Services. When trying to pay for a car service which was over the transaction limit, the total cost was split into two seperate payments. The first transaction was approved immediately, the second, for a different amount, declined. Within minutes a consultant called me to verify that I was using the card, checked security questions, and approved the second transaction. All without me having to do anything. Excellent service, thank you!
