Santon gate planet fitness putting children’s lives in danger. There has now been almost a week of children under the age of 10 on the floor in the weights section. When management gets informed to remove the kids their comment is they have told the parents but the parents didn’t remove the kids. They are directly putting these kids lives in danger. There are guys throwing heavy weights around and failing under weights. If any child is hurt the parents will sue the body builder as well as the gym. This is terrible attitude from the clubs side with not addressing the problem. If I talk to the dad and he gives me attitude and I physically touch him he will sue me and the club will ban me. Why are the training people the enemy and the club management just pull up their shoulders. If you want to be a manager then manage your club. No excuses. We pay your salary. Ridiculous.
I ordered an inverter in April and like so many others I seem to have been ****med. They answered one of my mails requesting feedback and nothing for the last few months. The item has not arrived and things are not looking positive at this stage. Total ****. Stay away.
I tried to go through the verification process but service is non existent. Been over 5 hours and no one has been able to sort out my queries on WhatsApp or email. If they take more than 2 hours to get back to you on WhatsApp then why have WhatsApp. And in today’s world. That’s bad service. With all the other bad reviews I rather walk away now. Companies like these should not be allowed to operate
I’ve been a Vodacom customer for over 15 years with my monthly bill of over R3200 excluding roaming During last year the effect of lockdown caught up to me so I couldn’t pay my bill for a few months. I called Vodacom and had them lock my line and co vetted to a pay as you go. December I paid my arrears of R8000 something in full and re-instated my account. I went for a handset upgrade and could not due to my “rating” being too low. I wanted to upgrade my contract and get a new iPhone 15 and an Apple Watch Ultra. Another R3000 per month for 24 month exercise. I called and tried to get my rating reinstated but it’s not possible and might be done in the next 6month or more. I started working overseas and seeing that Vodacom now does not allow me to do this upgrade I will now cancel my contract end of Jan24 and go on a global e-sim. (Few rand more expensive on data cost) and buy my phone and wat h cash in 2 months time. Vodacom has now lost a customer that has put thousands of rands in their pocket with multiple accounts over the years and very high phone bills (one roaming bill was R35000 in one week). I will now use global e-sim for the rest of my life and never be tied down to a contract. Well done Vodacom. I will inform anyone that travels a lot to do the same.
I ordered a meal from Nando’s and the order was never delivered as the driver did not want to ride in the rain which at this stage is a drizzle. Absolute unacceptable. If you are a delivery service you should deliver no matter the weather
I have now written a review 3 times about a company that scammed me out of my hard earned money. And each time hello Peter removes the review. Are you guys Protecting this company or why don’t you want me to write the truth. Take it this review will also be removed.
I bought an item from them and it arrived faulty. Now I have to pay for courier cost to have to return it to them. Courier to return will cost more than the original item and shipping to me. Totally unacceptable for me to be liable for cost while it’s their fault
I ordered something from Fruugo for R770 including courier fees. It arrived and was faulty. Now fruugo wants nothing to do with the return as Like they say they are just the logistics company and I must take it up with supplier. The supplier wants me to ship it back to them that will cost me over R1000. This means I pay more than double to have this rectified. Don’t work through Fruugo as this will cost you more money than you expect. I feel if fruugo delivers they should handle returns on supplier expenses. It’s their fault it’s broken. Why should I pay.
I have had terrible service from this company. Tried talking to a manager and being blocked all the time. Pathetic that managers are hiding behind their phone staff that can’t make decisions.
I took out finance on a vehicle with BMW finances. I lost my income and ended up with 40k arrears on my debt. I have tried to negotiate with them to pick up the arrears. Their deal is impossible for me to fulfil. It would entail me paying 14k per month on the arrears as well as instalment and insurance. This will push the monthly over 22k. Again I am not running away from my obligations but just need a better deal as I have many places to pick up the arrears of the stage when I was unemployed BMW finance will not let me talk to a manager and just tells me they work from home and cannot take phone calls. I want to make a deal that I can afford. If the vehicle gets repossessed I will not be able to keep my income going as I need the vehicle to get to work and back. The vehicle will sell for less than I owe and I will sequestrate and they will loose out on more money. Why can I not talk to a manager to discuss or negotiate an arrangement which is manageable. Does BMW finance really not give a damn about long term clients and just care about Short term income. Poorest service I ever had from a finance house regarding this issue.
