Billed for services I didn't subscribe to!
Can Vodacom please explain to me why I am invoiced for R1200 for content I have never subscribed to??I made a call to them yesterday and the lady gave me a reference number *** and mentioned I will receive a call from their investigation team to resolve the issue.To my surprise this morning I woke up to an sms that reads my query has been CLOSED. I'm not sure how when I have not received a call or update on whether they have resolved it! Please sort it out! I have called a number of times only to get the automated "our lines are busy". FNB Mystery charges
Can FNB please explain to me why I have R450 debited from my account for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS??? This makes no sense, and now I am getting charges everyday for these!!! Poor Service- Mr Delivery
I am really disappointed with Mr D. I have been a loyal customer and their service has left a lot to be desired in the past few days- I have had food not delivered to me twice in a space of a week. I think I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.0 replies
