Work done without approval
My partners car was in an accident. The car was sent here for repairs by King price. It was driven here mind you. 3 weeks later they call and say it doesn’t want to start they need to change the ignition. We said no we delivered it working. They then went and changed it anyway and want to charge us R2500 for that when we accepted no quote and said no. I’d like a manager to call me to explain how they think that’s legal?

Your prices are disrespectful
<p>I went to purchase a Lenovo charger at your store in Galleria in Durban. The guy said it was 900 bucks. I then took a short walk to Game, where I found the exact same charger for 499. Please tell me why your products are so over priced that even if you source them from a fellow retailer you still make nearly 100% profit. Do you think your clients are idiots.? I'll wait for your response </p>

Useless agent: Johan
<p>I've read numerous complaints about this man and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with him too. He informed me an hour before I was meant to view a place that it had been sold. Are you that unorganized that you don't know a place has been sold till the day you arrange a viewing. He is rude, never answers his phone and I honestly don't know why this company would employ such a terrible agent. I definitely will be going to another agency for my purchase. Absolutely pathetic service!!!! </p>

Deducting money after cancellation
<p>Planet Fitness Centurion is the most unproffesional gym I have ever belonged to. I cancelled my contract with them due to the fact that they raised my fees without my knowledge and they still deducted money from my account a month later. When i call to complain they keep me on hold for 20 minutes and the only feedback they can give me is that they will escalate it, which never happens. I do not recommend anyone use this gym unless you have spare cash lying around that they can deduct</p>

Raising of gym payment without warning
<p>I had a contract at planet fitness and as im on vitality i was only supposed to pay R160 per month. all of a sudden this month i get a R320 bill. I call PF to enquire and they told me because I am not a frequent gym goer (Yes Im that person paying for a gym i hardly use) Discovery INSTRUCTED them to charge me more. Who gave Vitality this authority. I didnt sign up for that condition. Anyway, cancelled that contract and my next move is cancelling Vitality. Only reason im with Discovery is because its through my company.</p>
