Savannah Coach Works
Based on recent customer reviews, Savannah Coach Works is widely praised as a reliable panel beating and spray painting establishment, with customers consistently mentioning friendly, professional staff such as Natasha and Martin, impressive workmanship that leaves vehicles looking brand new, and clear communication throughout the repair process. A recurring theme is the welcoming reception area and efficient turnaround times. However, some customers express frustration around delayed repairs, inconsistent progress updates, and occasional unresponsiveness to queries, suggesting that communication gaps and timeline reliability remain areas where the experience can fall short of expectations.

My partners car was in an accident. The car was sent here for repairs by King price. It was driven here mind you. 3 weeks later they call and say it doesn’t want to start they need to change the ignition. We said no we delivered it working. They then went and changed it anyway and want to charge us R2500 for that when we accepted no quote and said no. I’d like a manager to call me to explain how they think that’s legal?

I loved dealing with this Autobody Shop. They were efficient, friendly and really fast with the work done on my car. They explained every step that would happen in detail so I fully understood the process and topped with an amazing front shop team, it was truly a great experience.

I bought my car on the 28th Nov 2026, so when I went to fetch it from the dealer someone bumped into my car 2minutes away from the dealership. I called my insurance(Old Mutual) and my car was towed. It was taken to savannah coachworks so n the 4th of Dec and they only started the process in January. Long story short they took time and nobody kept updating me from my insurance and broker I would only get updates from my insurance only when I ask. Now I have been the one following up on these people, my broker( Misure brokers) are just chilled and not putting pressure whatsoever, so I called and arranged to go see the progress of my car ,went there on the 21/02/26 they told me it will be ready by the 26/27 Feb, I called yesterday they told me it’s still in line for paint preparation(they’ve been saying that since the 14/02/26) , I asked but you said it will be ready by today so what to they mean so they told me it will be ready by Friday again which is the 06 March and there is no guarantee that I will get it. These people are frustrating me honestly I am just helpless.
