No service
I have cancelled my contract and was still billed for the month of January 2021.01.21 however my sim card was deactivate. I have called the call centre a few time to be told to go into a store and they will assist with activate the sim 48 hours later and still no service

A bunch of lies
Since 23 January I have been told that someone will get hold of me to confirm booking Today I get told they can’t assist as the campaign closed in November 2019 Does anyone there not what is going on?

No after care
Alpine motors - worst dealership to deal with. No after care suport even thought all my details were captured incorrectly. If i did not follow up with my bank, my debit order would have never been paid.

****ED OFF
Vodocom has confirmed my account that was canceled within 2 days of taking the contract and on a recorded line this morning the supervisor says I had +/- R400 in my vodacom account and they still billed me R319.00, What ****ed me off is when she says there is no refund due. Spoke with Inatha (Agent )
