Been trying to close my account with no luck. It's been more that 8 working days which apparently how long it takes. Paying for fees because their staff are not working to close an account. Actually steeling my money at this point.

Locker was faulty, logged a query and a consultant contacted me. I had to pay for another shipping and get a refund for the first failed attempt. When logging this query for a refund, they first said IT did not see that the door was faulty. Luckily i took a video. After sending it only then they processed my refund after trying to make me out as if i was a ****.
I've enquired about many placed and every time the consultants fails to see my special request where I ask questions regarding the place. What's the point of having this function if the consultants aren't even reading it.
Bought 2 bottles of alcohol and only one got delivered. Apparently they deliver items separate. The other one i received a delivered sms, but online it was not and sent back to the store. Now they have to reschedule and can't promise i will get it next week. USELESS and this is the second time i used their services and hoped it would be better. It's even worse than the first time.
Good communication and service
The price is quite high, but you are getting what you pay for. It's a whole experience. The staff and host were amazing and so friendly. The food was to die for and trust me it may look like a little, but you walk out FULL! Will do again.

TOPS - a pamphlet was posted online with a sale. Buy 6 Van Looveren wines and get R100 off. When i got to the store i was told it's fake? There was posted on thier Instagram story 2 5L 4th Street wines for R200 as well. No comment. Now I'm getting accused of fake information because their Marketing team make a bols up!!??? Good customer service is you give the customer the price YOU advertised it for. Think you guys need a business 101 course
Phoned on 2 March to make a booking for a birthday celebration. A male confirmed that they do not take bookings in advance, we should phone on the day. When doing so a female answered this time informing us that we should have booked in advance. Firstly the management needs to train ALL staff with the correct protocol, but now because of their lack of basic infirmation to the staff, we had to celebrate a birthday party downstairs in the restaurant. Management did not even think about any compensation for their lack of service. Next time we will rather just not go to Summit at all. -Summit Menlyn-
