Amazing dinner destination; fantastic hosts
Nice place to visit for a meal First time visit for an anniversary and truly loved the experience - food was amazing and the view from the ground floor was amazing with sunset backgrounds. We had so much fun and I will re******d this restourant to all my friends

Been there again
Been there again. Not disappointed at all. Amazing atmosphere. Pleasant hosts. I booked a few fays in advance. On the evening of my booked date, I was running late. When I called them, they immediately knew who I was and addressed me by name. I was taken aback by surprise. Not only me but my family too. I felt at ease. When we got there we were warmly greeted. The host Scott, top of his game. Bless you Scott. Wandile the waitron, brilliant. They always made sure we taken care off and that we were happy and staisfied. They went beyond of what you would expect. Food was awesome as always. Consistency. Thank you, Team Summit, for an awesome evening.

A true 0/10 night club.
Food is constantly under cooked and under seasoned. The bouncers are the most arrogant people ive ever met. Being tossed out like an animal for the pettiest of reasons even when i was co-operating and dint mind taking my money elsewhere i was shoved the whole way. If your kind of vibe is an atmosphere that involves unprofessional staff and white teenagers dancing above you guys at the roof top than this is place for you. There are far better places in the area. The only redeeming factor of this place is the view.

A true 0/10 night club.

Toothless waiter asked for bigger tip
The service was of a very poor standard. We went for the plated Lunch option (which was already prepaid and booked) only ordering a Bottle of wine which constituted our bill. Our waiter then processed to very abruptly ask for a larger tip due to the Lunch and the bottle of wine being two seperate bills. This was after I already added in a decent top to our bill. People in the Customer Service industry should remember that they are there to serve the customer and not demand more money. If you are not satisfied with you salary, find another job. Very disappointed. Ruined our lunch experience.

RUDE female manager and bad service
Absolutely horrendous service from one of the female managers at Menlyn Branch. Clearly they are appointed for other reasons because the whole place is a sh*t show and is evident they aren't a managers a*s. She was so rude and had an "I'm too good to help you" attitude. What is she doing there then? Would NOT recommend.

We are all human and she shouldn't treat anyone with disrespect. I HOPE SUMMIT grills reprimand her.

PATHETIC
This place is pathetic. Booked a baby shower in advanced and 3 minutes before we started they informed us that we they cant do the platter. The food that we ordered took more that an hour and 30 minutes. A side plate of Chips took 40 minutes and they weren't busy at all. Will jot recommend this place to ANYONE.
