Incomplete order recieved
I writing with request to an issue I have with an order I placed a while ago - I have been trying to resolve this on email and phone calls I received only part of what I bought Order number: 2556512 Device including charger I was only supp**** with the device This item was advertised on FB marketplace - it was bought on the Cash Converters Website with delivery. I did take pictures of the listing description and images of the product that specified "includes a charger" & the images showed a charger in the box. I expected better

Mechanical warranty I never accepted
Hello I called auto and general a while ago and they informed me that the quote I didn't accept on the mechanical warranty was activated without my concent. It's over 3 weeks today with no resulution and still have'nt been refunded the 3 payments of R395.

Cash finance charge on transactions from Nov 2023 in 2026
Cash finance charges on both dates 10 Jan and 10 Feb; with no other cash finance charges since feb I've called and sent email to transact-; prestige- & privateclient standard bank departments - No replies weeks!! Got called today by someone claiming to be working from home - informed me about charges in November 2023 triggering this fees. She told me that any cash transactions made will charge an instant R9 because its cash and then interest till its paid in full; but the cash wallet statements is not shared with the client. She also failed to understand that that transactions made in 2023, with all their fixed fees and interest was paid in full! 2026 is 2 years and 4 months later - those charges is an error on Standard Bank side Refund those charges today!!!!

Cash Finance charge - still unresolved
Cash finance charges on both 10 Jan and 10 Feb—where in the Credit Card pricing guide is this charge? My credit card is paid up in full every month I've called and sent email to transact-; prestige- & privatecleint standard bank departments No replies for since mid Feb. Second review after the first attampt to reach out was ignored with the complaint closure email yesterday in my inbox!!! If you want to call; speak! Don't drop the call when I say hello

Genuine interest about my concerns
Got slapped with a annual price in crease on a car insurance premium on a car getting older and depreciating in value. But after a brief conversation, my premium was adjusted to better my satisfaction - even the conversation with the agent was pleasent with asks how my day is going with genuine interest rather than only a call telling me what I need to understand. Love your work Auto & General; will defenetly re******d you to everyone

Recently bought some shoes at Hi-Tec online that was delivered to my house. Some items in my order I returned for change of mind, no issues - it was handled flawlessley. Great platforms and excellent customer service as always - I love buying at Hi-Tec. Keep up the good work guys, you deserve it.

Hellopeter is the only dispute logging that actually works - refund them today!!!
