MWEB EMAIL FAIL
MWeb, you changed your emails page, and so now the flaws in your software have made it very challenging to draft an email. because you removed the spellcheck and also whatever is typed isn’t automatically saved like it was previously. No point in phoning you if you don’t answer the phone after 12 minutes. Your “Let’s chat’ does not respond. There’s also no email address to send you an enquiry. Are you aware of the problems and when are you fixing them?

CAN'T GET AN 18A TAX CERTIFICATE FROM THE SALVATION ARMY
I have made donations to the Salvation Army in the past, because I knew of the good work they do, and they deserve all the support they can get. And donations to th Salvation Army are tax deductible. But for 14 months, since my last donation, I have been unable to obtain to obtain a Section 18A Tax Certificate. I have emailed them the details they require, numerous times. And no one answers their phones.

FNB FREEZING ACCOUNTS WITHOUT WARNING
Does anyone know why FNB are freezing accounts without any forewarning? FNB have deliberately inconvenienced numerous clients and put them in very challenging and also very embarrassing situations. Imagine putting fuel in your car and then you discover that you cannot pay, because you can use neither your debit or credit card. And you have no idea what’s going on. To make things worse, they won’t assist you after business hours. So to hell with your circumstances. FNB’s explanation of non tax compliance makes no sense, when you know they have your tax details.

DISCOVERY HEALTH - A WASTER OF TIME
Dear Mr Gore, if there was a minus 10 star rating on this portal, for the most frustrating Companies to deal with in SA, I would give that low rating, tied equally between Discovery Health and Telkom. You’re meant to be concerned about our Health. Instead your processes cause too many, far too much unnecessary frustration. Your WhatsApp Bot is a pure time waster. Going online doesn’t help. And it takes far too long to get an email reply. It’s impossible to always wait so long for a Discovery Health phone operator to answer. I had a lot of frustration reinstating my November FNB debit order, because reaching someone at Discovery Health is quite impossible. And it was unnecessary for you to suspend my membership so quickly and reject a claim after I had already informed you, very promptly, that my debit order could be resubmitted immediately. Something just isn’t right at Discovery Health.

WHY DOES TELKOM CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR NON-EXISTENT LINES?
Telkom knows they’ve a problem with their DP (Distribution Point) Boards in Complexes (particularly old Apartment Blocks). Telkom Technician’s know too that when they arrive to “repair” a line - they simply look for a functioning line (i.e. not ones that have crumbled in the DP Board). They know this will cause another resident to lose their line. Then the resident who lost their line - reports their dead line and the vicious Telkom cycle continues because the next Technician will find someone’s functioning line and so on and so on….. To cut a very long story short - Telkom removed my line about 12 years ago but continued to charge me for it. So after numerous “not free” calls from mobile phones, emails and online complaints - I decided to stop paying for a line that just didn’t exist anymore. And now I’m harassed by Telkom’s Debt Collectors. Bottomline: Telkom owes me a lot of money. How do I get a refund?

Loans Unlimited
Every time I open a website on the Mozilla Firefox Browser the Loans Unlimited site pops up. I don't know how it has attached itself to the sites I use because I've never needed a loan nor searched the web for a loan.

All I can assume is that there is Spyware or Malware that has attached itself to the Firefox Browser. I don't know how to get rid of the pop-up (which is infuriating because I'm paying for the download each time). If I'm quick enough I can stop it just as it starts to download.

I wonder if this has happens to anybody else?
