As a previous sales person, I'm confused about being ignored by 2 sales people for a full 2 days while I'm ready to buy, I would have jumped for a sale like this ! Anyways I guess WBC doesn't care about that... My enquiry was for Eugene T****ereke at the Dome, he ignored me and I requested another sales person, they gave me Thato and ignored me !
Ordered a battery on call at 16:53pm Monday Feb 2nd, I WAS SO DESPERATE ... at 17:17 some guy called Michael 27722487226 calls me and talks a whole lot of stories as to why he can't assist me he's too busy !!! I asked him to give my order to another technician and more stories came up !!! I told him the website says that they work until 10pm I don't mind waiting because I'm travellig long distance, guess what ??? MORE STORIES WHY HE CANNOT COME AT NIGHT !!! Dude took the job knowing very well what it entails, working until 10pm and all and he tells me HE DOESNT WORK AT NIGHT !!! and I wonder how many customers he has left stranded and disappointed because of his LAZINESS !!! PLEASE TELL HIM TO STOP CALLING ME ITS FRIDAY I NEEDED THE BATTERY THE PAST MONDAY !!!

Good day I laid a complaint in January about being under review with ABSA that I do not know anything about. On the 28th of January I received this email below from Rezona Louw, after taking her time dealing with my complaint, she still came back without doing her due diligence. She sent me an email to confirm that I AM NOT under debt review however I went to apply for a credit card at the branch and was told THERE IS A DEBT REVIEW HOLD ON MY PROFILE, so where did REZONA get the information?
