Audi Centre Bryanston is certainly not a dealership I would recommend when it comes to after-sales service. I purchased my vehicle in October 2023, and by September 2024 a warning light appeared. Since then, my vehicle has been back with Audi almost every single month. Despite this, I have repeatedly been told that they “do not know what the fault is.” Now, 18 months later, the issue still persists with no resolution in sight. During this time, my vehicle has even broken down and had to be towed — which raises serious concerns about safety and reliability. Dealing with the service manager, Kevin, has only added to the frustration. He consistently promises to follow up or return calls but fails to do so. In the entire 18 months of this ongoing issue, I was only able to get hold of him once — and his attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Overall, there appears to be a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and concern for customer safety
Refusal to refund unused items, purchased 3 days ago on the basis on "the box" having scratched. The item is in perfect condition and has not even been plugged in
Stay away from making use of Rain internet service providers! Had no connectivity since I signed up with Rain. Cancelled after a week. I am still waiting for my refund since February. No one is able to understand or assist.
Completed a Fibre to the home application with Paroosha Naidoo, who captured the incorrect address for delivery. I work from home and stressed that I require this rectified urgently. Spent 4 days back and forth, she has failed to return my calls for the duration of the 4 days, and only corresponded via email. After 4 days she still did not resolve the issue. RAM couriers attempted to deliver to the incorrect address, which resulted to a failed delivery. I now need to wait another 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered to the correct address. Absolutely ***********, unprofessional and pathetic service from Vodacom and Paroosha Naidoo.

Absolute pathetic service. I have experienced issues with Mr Delivery on multiple occasions. It has been 2+ months and they have failed to refund me and even get back to me with feedback. I placed another order today, waited over 1 and half hours for the order to be collected by the driver, food gets to me ice cold and milkshakes diluted. Call Centre stated they will call back, however no one has had the decency to call me back.
Purchased food items online, these items all went bad in less than a week. I was told I would get a refund for these items. It has now been 2 months, I have sent emails, received no response, and I have contacted the call centre, to which I was told a manager would call me back, a week later, and I have received no call. This is pathetic service from Woolworths!! It is the principle of the situation, that Woolworths do not care about the quality of products, neither about customer service!!
Terrible network. Unable to stream with constant buffering, unable to work, with the delays, consistent network outages. Rain is certainly not worth getting with it’s absolutely pathetic service. Getting billing, however not being able to use what you pay for to the full potential. Definitely do not recommend anyone to get this network
I have purchased a bed set in July 2019, which I had been told would be kept in storage for me, till I was ready for delivery. I have now decided to receive a refund, for personal reason. When i called into the branch, my call was answered by a rather rude assistant, who happened to be the manager. She had stated she was unable to assist me as she was not in the sales department, and had transferred me to the assistant who initially helped me. The assistant, has notified me the they do not offer refunds, and i will be issued with a voucher, I had then stated that i do no longer require the set or anything related to it, however she was rather unhelpful and just said they cannot assist with anything else. This type of attitude and service is rather disappointing. This company clearly has no standard of customer service and ethics. According to the CPA, a refund is due to me, as i have not received or opened the item purchased, neither is there a cancellation fee set out by the company, which I would be happy to pay.
I had recently purchased a gold belt from the Pavilion store, only to get home and find that it was not the right one. A few days later I took the item back to exchange, where I was told that the item was not sold in that condition, yet it was just the price tag that was off, which I had taken along with the belt, to exchange. The manager who was an Indian guy, was arrogant and rude. This is an insult, as a frequent shopper at YDE. The belts on the shelf were bent with marks and scratches. After receiving such poor service, I decided to take the belt to Gateway, where I was warmly greeted, and the item was happily changed. Is this the run around that YDE gives to their customers???<br> <br> Being a customer care officer, I am well aware of customer service, and being a regular shopper at YDE, it is shocking that one receives such bad service. <br> <br> Hats off to Gateway, for being so welcoming and pleasant!!
