Audi Centre Bryanston is certainly not a dealership I would recommend when it comes to after-sales service. I purchased my vehicle in October 2023, and by September 2024 a warning light appeared. Since then, my vehicle has been back with Audi almost every single month. Despite this, I have repeatedly been told that they “do not know what the fault is.” Now, 18 months later, the issue still persists with no resolution in sight. During this time, my vehicle has even broken down and had to be towed — which raises serious concerns about safety and reliability. Dealing with the service manager, Kevin, has only added to the frustration. He consistently promises to follow up or return calls but fails to do so. In the entire 18 months of this ongoing issue, I was only able to get hold of him once — and his attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Overall, there appears to be a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and concern for customer safety

I am very dissapointed by the treatment I got from Audi Bryanston after over 14 days of Car finance application and no fededback and consistent follow ups. My biggest issue was that no one thought I was deserving of feedback from and I had to keep following up. This is such unprofessional bevahiour.

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service from Audi Centre Sandton. They never return calls, and it’s nearly impossible to get hold of anyone at their branch—it takes almost an entire day just to speak to someone. When my car was finally returned, it was dirty, and no report was provided on the work done. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and quality, this level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of professionalism and care for their customers.

The worst people they are never in office it takes the whole day.....yes the whole day for anybody in the service center to answer their phone. They don't care about the individual. Lets not get started on the customer care department they are never there to complain to either. The only people there are the receptionist and they cannot do anything ......... the DP well he is on leave and guess what?? no one to fills his shoes. This must be the worst place for customer service I thought I was phoning the post office. Even they would do better. Disgraceful absolutely disgraceful please don't go there they don't want to work and they don't work. THIS IS PART OF THE MOTUS GROUP WHAT A JOKE

Terrible experience, ****** exist. Took my car to service, I was the last to be served after 6pm when all white people who came after me in the morning has left. Service adviser was up and down with no explanation of the delays. They couldn’t offer m anything for inconvenience not even an apology. The car was having a cigarette smell, idling noise till today. When I raised the matter with Dealer principal no acknowledgment instead he asked the black salesperson to phone me.

An International cash deal treated *********ly and Audi SA and the Dealership refuse to respond to the Complaint. I would not recommend Audi is this is how they treat Black customers.
