18 Months Later — Still No Fix, No Accountability

Audi Centre Bryanston is certainly not a dealership I would recommend when it comes to after-sales service.

I purchased my vehicle in October 2023, and by September 2024 a warning light appeared. Since then, my vehicle has been back with Audi almost every single month. Despite this, I have repeatedly been told that they “do not know what the fault is.”

Now, 18 months later, the issue still persists with no resolution in sight.

During this time, my vehicle has even broken down and had to be towed — which raises serious concerns about safety and reliability.

Dealing with the service manager, Kevin, has only added to the frustration. He consistently promises to follow up or return calls but fails to do so. In the entire 18 months of this ongoing issue, I was only able to get hold of him once — and his attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional.

Overall, there appears to be a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and concern for customer safety
