We booked with Caroline and advised we wanted to stay 5 nights. She provided a fee options, advised of the package deal and we confirmed the booking based on 5 nights stay. We did not ask for a cheap option nor did we choose the cheapest option. Our decision was based on dates. Upon arrival in Dubai we realised our shuttle was not there and Caroline had mistakenly booked it for the day before, we had to organise our own transport to the hotel. We then looked at itinerary to check that our dates were correct to find that she had booked us in our hotel a day before our arrival. When we asked why she did that she says she chose to book us in early so we could have an early check in amd breakfast. Now why would I fly 8 hours and forfeit and pay for a hotel room I never stayed in. We never requested an early check in or breakfast. By the time we got to the hotel it was close to 11 and check in is at 2. We would have had lunch anywhere while waiting for check-in. I don't know which hotel would not check you I'm early anyway after an 8 hour flight, she did not need to waste our paid day for that. She didn't ask us. We never gave consent for her to do that. We had activities booked and paid in advance for Saturday thinking we were leaving Sunday based on 5 nights after our arrival date. We want a refund for the night we never had and could never utilse and our trasfer that was booke dfor the incorrect date. She should have booked us on an early flight on the 1st however that was never offered to us. Her service from the beginning was so unprofessional. I had to follow up with her on numerous occasions for the quote and payment like because she was taking so long to respond. We travel alot and we have used Flight Centre and many other travel agencies before and this has never happened (paying for a night) for early check-in and breakfast. She has not been willing to take accountability and responsibility for her mess up and she ****** us of a day of our anniversary. She really soured the occasion.
Makro are such *******. Paid for an online order 2 weeks ago. 2 days ago its marked as delivered but I haven't received any delivery. It's been 2 days and no feedback of where my delivery is that I paid for. Shocking service. I will not be ordering again amd I want my money back!
The Kyalami branch is so unhelpful and unwelcoming. The staff or never on the floor, if they are the are just chatting in a group to each other and not offer any assistance so different from the Centurion branch where the staff are always helpful and available. Leon the store manager is so rude, the wrong price was placed on the shelf, the price on the shelf didn't even have a product matching the description but proceeded to tell is that we changed it around and it's the customers responsibility to check. Guess what, we asked for a refund, took pur money to Builders. That store will continue to be empty if your staff continues the way they do
Oneplan are manipulative ****s. I called to cancel my plan, I've since had 10 calls to try and get me to reactive the policy, I refused the call. Today I receive an sms saying to financial constraints my policy is being canceled which is not the case at all. I NO LONGER WANT YOUR POLICY and as a consumer I can choose who to use.
This is not insurance or tyre cover. No tyres will be replaced but rater repairs at a discount. So if your tyre is not repairable, you're paying for a new tyre and getting discount on alignment. False advertising and poor wording of this policy.
Never get a policy with these people. So unprofessional, took them a month only to reject a claim with baseless accusations. Debbie and Skip are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across, no communication and explaination just throwing policy clauses that were never explained to by anyone.
Husband bought a car from Bongani, within months the car broke down. The car has been with them for 6 months, they have failed to fix it and refuse to reverse the sale. Riaz is now ignoring messages and calls. Mohammed pretends not to know about the matter. It is clear from these reviews Fouche Motors is not credible, unprofessional and not about customers at all. Do not buy from them.
SHealth for Samsung stopped synching with the Discovery app. Discovery said to manually sync but points are still not reflecting. Then was told to clear the cache and uninstall and reinstall the Discovery app, this was done and now will no longer sync. Sent my record, still not updated. Called and another enquiry was logged. Responses are all generic and nothing has changed. Now this has been opened to the public but you can't even serve the paying customers well.
Bought a Lenovo laptop a month ago for Makro Riverside . 30 days later after running the antivirus software, the laptop crashed . According to their Pinnacle technician, Lenovo is not compatible with the updated version of Windows 10. Lost all my data. Lenovo has said it's a hardware limitation. Why would Makro sell me this knowingly? They refused to replace the laptop or refund us even though there a years warranty. Makro and Pinnacle have offered been shocking service, 3 days later Pinnacle still hasn't responded to pick up the laptop.
