They deserve a zero rating, you call for urgent services they don’t pick up. You go to their accounts department still no service! Should be the most useless municipality. You really need to take your staff to the city of Cape Town to see how a city is run and how professionalism is. Your staff aren’t even qualified to do their work, your electrical technicians are just nonsense!
Don’t fly with these ****mers if you value your peace of mind ! First it’s the pilots who may have been former taxi drivers, landing always **** with them. Now they contract baggage control to third parties and when your baggage is tempered with, damaged and ****** - instead of taking responsibility, they shift blame to their suppliers. We don’t book with your suppliers, we book with you! Your airline is run unprofessional people filled a ghetto and ****ming mindset. You are no different from Spirit Airlines. Learn to take a leaf from your competitors such as Lyft. I and my family will never fly with you again and I’ll make sure to spread the word to ensure that nobody else does. I’ve sent emails, tried calling the customer line with no help but annoying music. You never go back to open queries nor help. I would strongly advise people not to take any products with Sanlam with no client care.
My bag was intentionally damaged and items ******! This is not the first time it happened but this time I had to make a formal complaint. I’ve never had a good light experience with the airline, I tried giving them another chance but never again! Fibre never works, I subscribed in late June but since I have a mb outage for at least a week before your technical team fixes it, it’s the second time when I only joined in late June this year. There’s no follow up, while I’m billed fully for a service that’s hardly provided. Please go and learn from RSAweb on how to provide quality fibre, this is beyond pathetic
I have submitted my claim 3 times now, which each time I was asked to provide more information. I have provided this information and no feedback on the claim. Nobody picks up calls on your customer service line, your WhatsApp and chat bots are useless, considering the ridiculous amounts you charge for your services you would expect better from your firm. I shouldnt have to come to this platform every time I get subpar service from you. Believe me I would change medical aids if I could, but somehow because of whatever reasons, employees are always forced to use Discovery. Just process my claim, and dont annoy me with missing information, I am not asking you to pay, I know you wont, I just need it for tax filing. Do better, nobody gets joy from complaining about you mxm.
Hi, I ordered a replacement due to a faulty item, the exchange was cancelled since the product was not available. Now, my refund has been processed as R0 instead of the R 7 999 I paid for the item. I have tried sending you emails since last week, nobody follows up and your online chatbot is pretty much useless. Can you just give me back my money please. Also, do better with your customer service, its pretty much non-exisitent at this point.
Hi, What type of circus are you guys running there? Your bank has always been a ****show to say the least, hence I closed my account with you before. Now you bring more nonsense and inform me that you cancelled my funeral policy as per my request???! 1. First of all, I never asked for a cancellation of my funeral policy, therefore, please resend the letter and clearly state why you closed the policy. 2. Your customer service agent claims is due to FICA non-compliance. I was never informed of this non-compliance by FNBLife and this issue. To have the policy cancelled is absurd. 3. The non-compliance never stopped FNB from deducting money and I suspect you will still deduct premiums this month. 4. Should anything happen I will not be covered simply because you cancelled the policy without informing me accordingly. Can you get your **** together! I have never had a pleasant experience with your bank. You are really full of this!!!
To send a letter and threatening to take legal action and destroy my credit record over R37.15 is plainly disappointing. I have had my account with you for years, and to receive such a letter over an amount less than R50. The payment has been made, kindly close my account and it’s safe to say I’ll make sure never to ship at any of your stores. Do better for your other customers, this is nonsense!!!
My return collection was supposed to be done today by 5PM. Nobody has showed up. I called customer service to find out and said the driver was on the way. There is no way of contacting drivers to check delivery updates, your customer services calls hardly get answered. This is my second bad review of you in a week, I dont think I will use your services again...mxm
