Terrible service from a high end brand. I’m just disappointed and personally will not be shopping anything from there again. I wish I could return everything I have from there. It’s just amazing that on their floor they have T-shirts with make up and foundation all over the neck and when I try to return a tshirt that hasn’t been worn and still with a tag that just on little dirty and they can’t expect the return. What will I do with a T-shirt that won’t fit that was R1200. It will stay there until my daughter can fit in it. Yooh even Woolies and other high end shops wouldn’t do this nonsense.

They always do my license disc every year, the service is always good and doesn’t take long for my new license disc to be delivered to me after I made payment. Saves me a lot of time.
Good day I have never been so hurt ever in my life. I am a very loyal customer of Dischem because I collect all my repeated medications from them. Every month, I collect four scripts from Dischem. However, the service I received today from the Pharmacy manager broke my heart. I was not only treated rudely, but she also accused me of something I didn't do. Attached is a mixture my husband uses for his skull. I sent a message through the Dischem WhatsApp line asking them to prepare it for me. I would pick it up when it was ready. Despite the fact that the mixture was done on the 30th of August, I only collected it after 13:00 on Saturday, September 2nd. When I collected the packet, the lady that assisted me simply handed it over to me, I signed, and we left. I saw that the cream wasn't normal on Monday morning when my husband wanted to use it, as you can see from the attached picture. When I took the cream on Wednesday, I put it in the boot of the car, hoping that I would have time at work to go to Dischem La Lucia. However, I couldn't, so I left it in the boot and only took it out today when I went to Dischem to show them. The pharmacy manager said “ We can do a new cream for you but you will be charged the full price “ I asked but why? She said “ Because you placed the cream in the fridge” I told her I didn’t put the cream in the fridge. Manager at pharmacy: I can feel it the container that it was in the fridge. Me : My husband has been using this cream for 5 months now, but I didn’t place it in the fridge. Why should I place this one in the fridge, while my husband has been using this cream for 5 months? Possibly it feels cold because it has been in the boot since yesterday. Manager at pharmacy: We don't cover storage, so that's why the cream looks like that. Me : it was already like that when I placed it in the boot. Manager at pharmacy: Why is the container cold when it wasn't refrigerated? We paid so much for my husband's script on its own that now we have to pay for something that is messed up. I asked her to inform my husband that he would have to pay full price. As she talked with hubby, she continued to tell him that the cream was in the refrigerator and in the boot. My question was whether the cream was mixed incorrectly, and she replied that no, it wasn't, and the pharmacist wouldn't have given you a ruined mixture because she checked it. However, it wasn't checked, I was handed it straight from the shelf. Rather than offering half price to me, she just said what are you going to do. Her response was that she would investigate and check the cameras. The fact that we have to pay for a new cream does not hurt me, but the fact that she accused us of ruining the cream by placing it in the fridge and the boot hurts me. I am not sending this complaint mail for myself but for the next customer who will have the same problem to not receive the same treatment as I did today. I work 12.5km from La Lucia in total that’s 25km I wasted going to La Lucia to receive such serve. I couldn’t even continue with other things I had planned to do because I was so hurt. I pay for car rental but now I have to suffer and be without a car meanwhile I transport my kids to school with this and myself to work. This is honestly frustrating I must say because my car is still at the panel shop hasn't been even started because King Price is taking so long to send the parts needed to repair the car. Like the panel shop guys kept telling me that they are waiting on King Price to approve for a week King Price had an issue but now I have to suffer. I'm honestly not happy right now I'm really frustrated. I will be out a car not sure for how long because the car status is still on 1.

WHEN I TRY TO CALL THE ****** OLD MUTUAL CALL CENTER I NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT I HOLD FOR HOURS BUT NO ONE HELPS ME. So my mother got a P10 Huawei last year in July. Last week the phone just went dead didn't wanna charge nothing, when he took it to MTN (as it is a contract Phone) they just said the mother board is broken and cant be fixed. Mind you she's hasnt even carried this phone for year. We then heard that there are other P10 phones that just stopped working just like hers and they were collected from the users. Please assist and advise what must we do because she is still paying for this phone at MTN.
My dad had a contract with vodacom and he completed his 24 months paying for the headset and his benefits, after the 24months he went there for an upgrade and they informed him that he can’t take an upgrade because his still owing an amount of R5000 for the headset “okay really” how possible is that while he was paying the same amount for the 24months. They informed him that he hasn’t completed paying for the headset how possible is that what hell happened???? Which network does that Someone please tell me. I’m so angry and ****ed because the guy who helped him at vodacom (consultant )that day told him that there was fraud that was done under his account and he can see who was helping my dad before when he was renewing his contract. The person that helped him is still showing on their system but the guy just said he can’t do anything. What the hell is going on with this. My dad has had this vodacom account for more then 10yrs and now they think that they can just do fruad and just get away with it just like that NO IT WONT HAPPEN. He won’t pay the R5000 but he wants to do an UPGRADE. I want someone from vodacom to call me regarding this matter. I’m really angry with VODACOM ?
