Good day I am not happy with African Bank. I have settled my loans with them on the 13th April 2026. On the record the allocation was done few days later intentionally. On the 24th April they decided to debit me and again on the 25th of May for the same amount that was settled on the 13th of April 2026. Regards Christina
I paid the settlement amount of R46k and absa captured it as advance payments. I have never experienced such in allocating the funds. The settlement amount matches what was paid. They debited my account. Settlement does not apply on Vehicle finance. I am that I owe you R225. I will not recommend any of my friends and families to get finance at Absa after what I have experienced.
On the 28th January 2026 I called Telkom customer service as advised to terminate my contract by the end of the month which is February 2026. Nadia said all is in order and I will be on Prepaid from the 1st of March. Yesterday I called to find out as to why I received data because my contract should be on Prepaid and the lady said it was canceled on the 1st I need to know why? The reference for the call 27468327004A. Please cancel the contract in full I don't want data on the 1st of April. How can I trust you and I will have to terminate other contracts that I have because you are now becoming *********** on customer service.
I received a call today on true caller is Sanlam but the email is from debit buster. I failed to understand the link between the two companies and the person I spoke to is Sipho from debtbuster i did not finish the call and he sent me an email I told him that I don't need the offer because I don't want anything to do with debt review.. They must stop calling me and Sanlam did not respect my personal information.

I paid my account via fnb app proof of payment was sent to them at 1st I was told it takes 5 days - after 5 days I went to Game mall of Africa to seek assistance and they contacted customer service and they advised me to email the proof of payment to [email protected] and the response was proof of payment received and it will take 7-14 days for the payment to reflect. Collection department is useless and I was even told that they are doing me favor to request my payment to be allocated. All extra charges must be reversed because is not my fault that payment is taking this long to be allocated. This is the useless service I have ever received and it affects my credit score due to the poor service.
I would like to write a review about Cartrack I received the excellent service from customer service, Accounts and Control.. I rate all ladies 10/10
He is a good communicator i hope even the service will be good
