We got issue with gas geyser that was reported on the 24th March, their contractor came and only changed battery box, we paid access, the issues persisted, we reported again a week later and he came back on the 7th April and did nothing, we've been awaiting for a feedback from insurance and ive been calling 3 days consecutively with no assistance other than them telling me they will call me back but they never do. Yesterday the consultant said there's report from their contractor that was forwarded yo the manager and she will forward the email and that insurance wont cover for whatever the reason and we still haven't received anything other than the frustration to bag a business regarding the outcome
I've ordered and payed for same-day pick up at Takealot Elgin Mall and got an sms at 16:54, 17:10 I was at the door and they were closed because it's a public holiday The lady came and told me she can't help me because the system automatically shutted down and I begged and told her that I've paid same-day pick up fee and she said I should come back the following day at 8am I've showed her the prove that I've only received the sms 4:54 and she didn't show any gratitude and told me she needs to take a taxi home as she had already knocked off. What was the of paying same day when I order at 7am and getting the attitude from the stuff
I got a call from Tumelo Mafa that he's outside to deliver the pacel and I advised that the person who will be receiving the parcel the doesn't have a phone, but he's home and he told me I shouldn't have went to work to receive my parcel and he won't be able to deliver it
Last month they double debited me and i did not receive full payment refund, this month they debited the premium of R264 + R177 that I've inquire about because I didn't no get any communication or whatsoever and I have to keep making follow up on their WhatsApp channel with their *********** consultants. I want it cancelled cause this is nonsense
They double debited my account 2 consecutive days for having funds late into my account and without being a month behind in payment and now they telling me I'll only get refund within 7 to 14 days, yet I never authorized the double payment
I've been using FNB from 2009 and the past few weeks I've never logger into the app because I wasn't using the card to transect and today when I logged in, I'm on -R1200 due to #item paid no funds worth over R700 How is that if there's no money into my account the payment just decline with "insufficient funds" than to accumulate such amount over things I'm not even aware of? This is madness
my contract reached its expiry of 24months and i've requested a cancellation of contract on the 2nd Sep on their website, end of Sep they debited and now i received an invoice for Oct with that subscription i've requested a cancellation on, i called the call center and to my surprise they said i didn't make any request while i followed the steps from logging-in, managing account, cancel service, selected the account i wanted to cancel and followed the wizard and even attached my ID and got to the last confirmation page and i get this ****!. am so ****ed cause their coverage is poor and i never skipped any single payment and i will never take any product from Telkom ever again!.
i activated recurring anytime minutes-50min immediately on my online contract account at 22:00 yesterday on the 08th Nov and i made a phone call at 22:04 which took me 8min before i heard a voice notifying me that my recurring min were exhausted, i called the call centre and i spoke to Thandazile, she said she can only see the last phone call i made before 10pm and that it will take 24hrs before it can update the system but i don't get it how cause she can see the recent activities within 10min of my 50min activation..i just paid R2k to get my MTN contract phone fixed at repair center on Wednesday and today am getting this!! i want the recurring cancelled and i won't pay for that 8min as well, should it happen MTN debit more R510 of my monthly installment, i will defiantly reverse the payment for the first time from my bank!!! NO MORE CONTRACT PHONE WITH MTN
