I had my funds on Lift Airlines ewallet and they told me I can't access my hard earned money not even an update about it,hence I was never given an option to obtained my money they only said it will be saved on ewallet for future dates and now is my future date and they don't want to give me my money(how many people were ****med by Lift Airlines) When I attempted to request for a refund , I was informed that I would not be entitled to a refund and that a voucher would be issued instead. I was not given the option to choose between a refund and a voucher . Hence why I’m shocked that I don’t not have the voucher as it was forced upon me , I was told the money which I supposed to receive would be safe in the ewallet. How do you give me a deadline for my own money , why did the company refuse to refund me back my money that I worked for? Can I please speak to the person in charge because this is highly unacceptable I did not win the voucher I basically forcibly paid for it
Rain wifi has started to disappoint me again, I was supposed to pay on 01/08/2025 instead I paid on the 31/07/2025 and now they've switch off my network I don't know if it's crime to pay a day earlier,their service is pathetic

Bad service ever I have reported water burst on the 02/06/2024 ref 2200 today is 25/08/2024 still not fixed I went to their office in Esselen Park spoke to Brenda she promised me they will sort it out but still nothing and in SA we have water crisis while thousand of liters every day go to waist
I have booked at commodore hotel in cape town with my family for December holidays for 3 nights unfortunately our holidays were cut short because my wife sister passed on, we only slept for one night,so we requested a refund and we were given to my surprise on the 04/03/2022 commodore hotel deducted R16833 for 3 nights again from my wife account and I don't know why,I have called them and they have asked me to email them my query to:[email protected],which I did since then no answer and I have sent them another email they don't reply,the service that they give me is so unfair I don't know what to do please help
Made an order on 18 May. It's mid June and I haven't received any communication from them regarding my order. The service is terrible.
We were supposed to departure at 21H00 and the flight was delayed for 3 hours and the staff member attitude by customer service just stink,good people never ever use MANGO is terrible
6 months ago one of the discovery insured client pump my car and I have reported this query to discovery insurance And I was given a claim number 898961,since then no one called me. I'm the one who's calling them and they don't answer my calls<br> AND MY CAR STILL NOT FIXED<br> <br>
