On the 25 November I made deposits from FNB account which had ISSUES and my deposits were rejected. I called them they said they will refund me my money even today I haven't been refunded. On the 28 November I refunded my account to Tymebank still today I haven't received my money and they keep saying money refunded.
I logged a called on the 04 May to inform Vodacom Fibre that my internet is down and I was told turnaround time is 2-3days. Ref:SR230504-078470 || 175BRK110523 no body calls me for Feedback for 2 weeks I keep calling and they keep telling me they are escalate my call and this is the matter of open serve.
Registered at Nedbank share online a week ago and still waiting to be activated. Today Monday 30/5 / 2022 call to find out why account not activated yet, our call was answered and the lady was so unfriendly as if she just want to drop the phone or tired from her weekend doing. Ref: 5709651.
My husband had a car accident, after 7 days they still call him to have an interview regarding the accident. I wonder how long it will take to repair my car and now I dont have a car using uber all my trips which is limiting me. i know insurance that dont give this problem and delay they repair and write off cars and pay the client within days without issuses and interview, but we are waiting for them and give them all info they want and see from that. bad, bad and bad service even since the claim I have to call them to know my claim status/progress.
