Standard bank ***** line agents sound like ***** themselves, on the 13th of February my account was involved in some *****ulent activities. On the 15th I went to the branch at Eastgate i was advised investigations will take up to 60 days. This account received funds from somewhere i don't know and immediately out to other accounts, I am worried about the safety of our accounts and the security and access breach. How is possible to have someone gain access transfer send and transfer funds. Now i called the ***** line and spoke to Lesego, i explain to her that i am receiving my child grant from that account that was hacked. She said I must fo to the bank and have my account opened and card replaced. I webt to the branch and I was told this account will remain blocked until 60 days passes. Then i called and spoke to Avela and she told me there was a misunderstanding between me and Lesego. Now I want to know how to get my sons social grant because I need it I went to sassa they said I can only change account from March payments. This means I won't get march payment its already processed to the blocked account. Standard bank please have mercy and give me my son's grant.
