Just ordered it via Mr D and except for the delivery driver that got lost and couldnt understand directions (dont know how that happened as everyone gets my place quite easily). Except that the pizza was cold,it was super tough and dry. I should have rather ate the box...i ordered the Meat *****'s and it was processed junk. The **** you buy frozen in a box at the suoermarket tastes better. I would honestly rather recommend eating from a dumpster. Honestly the worst pizza ever...
They do not respond to any mails/complaints or requests. They also pushed my rent up from R8000 to R14000 without any notice. Our complex's binning area looks like a dump, the complex is infested with rats and the 'security company' they rented are literally people off the streets wearing a golf shirt.
I have previously been a customer at Renew-it Rivonia, and was so impressed with their service. Two years later, I was completely appalled to see their customer service is now completely vanished. As promised by the company I was supposed to receive a quote for the damages within a 24hr period. To this date,I have still not received a quote in two weeks! Please note that I have sent numerous mails to employees named Leigh & Layla. These mails were then forwarded to Mikaeel after Rita and Riaan did not send me a quote after I took my car in. I have phoned multiple times, but to no avail I have still not received any feedback or assistance. The calls go as follows - I phone to request feedback on my quote, no one can comment anything, then when requesting to be put through to a manager they leave me on hold for long periods of time, and then finally I get cut off. This same phone call has been going on for 2 weeks ending in the exact same result every time. Based on the lack of feedback, as well as the poor service and complete lack of care I will not be taking my car there for repairs. If Renew-It cannot even handle completing a quote, I would be shocked to see how they would actually repair a car.
I made a booking at Car Service City Rivonia for Saturday 15 June. Seeing that I wanted to be first in the queue, I was there at 08:00 (they opened 15 mins late, which is still fine, but should have been a warning). They said my oil service would take 4 hours (yes...). Upon my return at 12, my car was still being washed & vacuumed (it is specified under 'Service' on the invoice). I was slightly annoyed and the manager gave me a list of a large number of other things wrong with my car, including brake pads...that I just had replaced a month ago at Hi-Q in Bryanston (just goes to show that CSC's 62 point check cannot be trusted, wasn't done at all or they would just hope I fall for the story). I told them to leave all the other items, but they can do a brakefluid flush. He informed me it was going to take another hour. I paid for it as well as for the service. I waited in reception and fell asleep. When they woke me to give me my car key, they informed me that all work was done...finally (this was 5 hours later for someone who was first in line for just a minor oil service)!!! When I went to my car, I saw that my rims was still black and the car was basically just hosed down and not vacuumed at all. The attendant said it was because they didnt want to keep me waiting longer. I then drove across the road (where they wash the cars) to get the job done properly. On my way there I saw the manager in the street. I rolled my window down to tell him about their pathetic level of service. I asked him if they even did the brakefluid flush and he said no they did not-he was going to tell me (but never did?). I left immediately seeing that I would have lost it and cause the mother of all scenes!! He immediately offered to give me a free engine flush upon returning to them...AS IF I would EVER let them touch my car again or let them try to rip me off!! And to think if I didnt drive past him on my way home (thinking my car was serviced) and directly asked him, they would have coined and got away with it! I also asked him if it looks like I am made of time? They already wasted 5 hrs of my time and now they want (probably) another 5 hrs of it? I take it very personally when people try to cheat me and charging me for things that wasnt even done (like the brake fluid flush. The car wash was just an annoying and shocking, but nothing to cry about. The fact that I paid for something to be done,it wasnt and I was not informed just goes to show the business ethics involved in your company. I demand a full refund of this (lack of) service. I couldnt trust CSC with anything, so what guarantee do I even have that the oil service was actually done (99% sure it wasnt, but how would I know) and I forgot to ask them directly...I will have to take my car somewhere else to get it done anyway (or I will just get them to deliver the bill to you?). So thank you CSC for wasting my Saturday, p*ssing me off, ruining the rest of my day and trying to charge me for work you DID not do!
Never in my life have I received such bad service (even after being warned not to go to Builders Fourways). Curtain rails was supposed to be delivered 5 to 10 working days-it took longer than a month!Upon my second visit to the store (impossible to get helped over the phone-you struggle to get through and then someone will always get back to you....still awaiting those phone calls) I was informed that it was delivered 4 days ago (thanks for not letting me know). For consolation I was promised delivery on Monday-which didn't happen. Yesterday I went to fetch it myself...there was nobody at the counter of course (the one assisting us in the first place was quite useless as well). And after asking around 3 other staff members were going to fetch a manager or someone (seems like the store does not even have a manager)...after 15 minutes I literally started screaming like a crazy person (also with no immediate reaction). I was fuming and was very rude (with reason). It also took forever to get it cleared at despatch. We were going to order the blinds at them, but I will from now on do my best and go out of my way to not support Builders Warehouse. This is the second home renovation (painting, tiling, bathrooms, gardens, cupboards) in 3 years we have done and I wish I had rather supported someone else.
FNB once again fails to deliver on their empty promises. I had to apply for a new Credit Card (I reside in Gauteng). Over the phone they told me it will take 3-5 working days. It turned into exactly 3-5 working weeks!!! Except for failing to deliver, they cancelled my current one, which left me in a pickle (and earning less eBucks). I phoned and mailed. And phoned and mailed...They just did not react or deliver. I also complained to FNB Care: they should change their name to FNB Don't Care-which is exactly what the bank is about. This is also not the first time that this has happened. I applied for two new cards in Decemeber 2013 and only received them in March. This was when I lived in the Western Cape. They took their time, sent it to two wrong branches...TWICE! Received them, got swallowed by the first FNB ATM, had to wait another few weeks. I have received better service from Department of Home affairs as well as the municipality and other government services. If you need a new card from FNB, rather get a new bank-it is much easier and less trouble.
