The are quick to deliver what you bought but they don't want to come and pick up the returns imagine having equipment to use when it's loadshading but you can't and take a lot took your money

I like to thank the lady called Dimpho i have cancelled my policy due to fear of being retrenched she called me to find out why i am canceling and i told her my reason and she did understand me very well and she was very good understanding and she gave me a good offer that I couldn't resist thanks to her i still have my policy keep up the good work we need people like you Thank you again
I am so sick of city of tshwane first thing number 012 358 9999 it's a disaster on Wednesday after load shading my electricity went off I tried calling the number I couldn't get through same as the sms on Thursday I did same calling I could not at least at night the sms went through so I received confirmation which is1316 . Then on Friday I was hoping that they are coming to restore my electricity nothing I phone on Friday instead of the call being answered I was waisting my airtime listing to Christmas songs I could go through. Today finally someone did pick up my call I was told that they are coming to fix it before 10 at night but still no is here I don't know what to do or say because clearly I am treated like a person who doesn't pay electricity meanwhile i do pay my bills every month
