I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the lack of assistance from the insurance department. I have been trying to contact them since this morning, but nobody answers the calls. I also requested a callback and sent an email, but I have still not received any response. We are currently without electricity after the main electrical box burned, and the municipality switched the power off due to the fire risk. This matter is urgent and I cannot wait two days for assistance. Please can you assist in escalating this matter urgently.
This is the poorest service I have received so far. The profile was only created after four days, and I had to phone almost every day. Eventually, after I called again, someone created the profile, but without the patient details included. Everything was then updated, but now the prescription/script is incorrect. This situation is unacceptable, and we urgently need this medication. You are dealing with people’s lives here. Please sort this matter out immediately. I need this medication today.
am writing on behalf of my mother regarding an account that was opened on 01 September 2022. We are still in possession of the proof of account opening. The account was opened with an initial balance of R19,210.64, which is unclear and has never been properly explained. Despite this, payments have continued to be made as follows: R1,000 per month in cash for the first few months, and R700 per month thereafter, deducted directly from her bank account. To date, the total amount paid exceeds R31,500.00. Given the above, we hereby request: Immediate closure of the account, and A full refund of all amounts paid, as the charges and balance have not been justified or clearly explained. Please treat this matter as urgent and provide written confirmation of the account closure as well as details of the refund process and timelines. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, we will have no option but to escalate it further. We look forward to your urgent response.
Dear Sir/Madam I hope you are well. I Shadiya writing to urgently request assistance regarding funds paid into my bank account by SARS. The account was not actively used and went into overdraft solely due to accumulated service fees. When the SARS refund was paid into the account, the full amount was absorbed by the overdraft and charges, and I did not receive the benefit of the refund. The overdraft was not caused by account usage, but purely by monthly bank charges.. I would greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I had a very bad experience with Uber Eats, the driver never arrived at the location. I was standing outside my house for more then an half an hour-as I could see on the app where he was driving-I waited and waited only to find out my order was cancelled and they can't refund my money- Then who ate the order that I've made? I want my refund back - I'm not sure even the customer service on the app is a real person. Never again will I use Uber Eats and don't recommend people to use it. Let's boycott Uber Eats guys!

stil waiting for 2023 refund since july. i was told my refund is on hold due to audit for 2022 tax year and banking details verification. 90 was gone still nothing happened. I logged a complaint but still nothing happen now I was told banking details was verified and audit for 2022 tax year was finalised but when i phoned in they said my refund is on hold due to audit for 2021 , 2018 and 2019 and i must wait another 90 day . I DON'T EVEN HAVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW ANGRY I AM. I WANT MY REFUND
