I would like to sincerely commend Quinton and Godfrey from Haval Edenvale for their exceptional service and professionalism throughout my experience. Quinton consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed promptly and that I remained completely satisfied every step of the way. His dedication, attentiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Godfrey also provided outstanding assistance by ensuring that I received the exact vehicle and colour I wanted. Both Quinton and Godfrey made every effort to assist me in every possible way, demonstrating remarkable customer care and a genuine willingness to help. Their exceptional service has left a lasting impression, and I will certainly be recommending more customers to Haval Edenvale in the future. Keep up the excellent work.
Pineapple insurance is the utmost unprofessional and frustrating insurance company to deal with. I have contacted them on numerous occasions whereby to cancel my insurance. Each time I called they assured me it will be done, one week later I am being pushed from pillar to post with no feedback or anything. I cannot even begin to imagine when you have a claim to process how long would it take for them to respond!
I would not even rate them 1 star! Pathetic service. The driver did not contact me, made me wait for 4 hours and did not deliver my parcel from Steve Madden. Then I see at 10 o clock at night I get a message saying it was unsuccessful which is lies I was at home waiting specifically for this parcel as it an outfit for my holiday and they did not deliver!! Called the call centre the agent was rude as hell. Zero customer service from Ram couriers. Steve Madden you should seriously consider using another company because this is not the first, not the second and definitely not the third time this is happening.
Pathetic service. I placed an order online as on the day I ordered the product it was available. Two days later I get an email to state that the item has been sold out! I don’t understand why their online system isn’t being updated. I then call to find out about my refund, it’s been a week and I haven’t received my refund. ARC was quick to take my funds but taking forever to return the funds back.
My experience at spur Karaglen was absolutely HORRIBLE! The waiter was more interested in eating instead of serving his customers. He was half asleep and just didn’t care. Spoke to the manager to change my waiter and still got the same waiter. I will never come to this spur again what pathetic service!
Demar Jansen was exceptional in assisting me with finding the right pet insurance for my little fur baby. He was not only professional but also compassionate, taking the time to thoroughly go over all the details with me while being incredibly patient. We need more consultants like him. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
Today my husband went to return and item for me at identity in Eastgate mall. The people working there have no people skills whatsoever it is as if they are doing us the customers a favour. I did not see the item and a bit of makeup I did not try it on my husband bought it as a gift and just by looking at it I knew it was not the right size. I went to Greenstone mall to return it I was told they needed his bank card to do a refund as there were no sizes that could fit me. My husband works at Bedfordview so he went to Eastgate, the manager as well as the staff are utterly rude. I will close my identity account as this is absolutely horrible service the way my husband got spoken to is not acceptable. Identity please ensure when employing staff that they are sent for adequate training on how to speak to customers!
I am deeply appalled by Standard Bank's dishonorable fee practices. My monthly account fee for MyMo account was R5, yet I was charged R100 for an overdraft of just R2.25. This charge was imposed despite my account balance being well above R100. Such practices are utterly unacceptable and have left me infuriated. I am resolved to terminate my account immediately and will never consider banking with this institution again.
I was incredibly impressed with the service I received at Foschini Eastgate Mall. A staff member named Zinhle assisted me, and her service was exceptional. For the first time, I got the perfect shade of foundation. She was not only polite and patient but also provided outstanding assistance. Due to her excellent service, I will definitely return for more makeup products.
I have had numerous bad experiences at Steve Madden Eastgate. I am a customer that make purchases every month without fail but since the new staff have started there their customer service is **********. I am a very unhappy customer right now!! They have no people skills, they are rude and arrogant, they make you wait and the worst of it all when you call they can NEVER HEAR YOU! when the guy eventually hear me after saying hello a thousand times he abruptly asked me ‘how can I help’ in the rudest manner ever. I am sorry Steve Madden this really needs to be looked into as I am not the only customer complaining about the same thing. Send your staff for training or get more friendly staff who know how to treat customers! Otherwise you will lose me as a customer.
