Wow, wow, wow! The restaurant was amazing. The food, the vibe and the staff. We discovered the establishment through restaurant week and it was a lovely experience. Best Tiramisu I have had in my life. We had an amazing waitress as well and would suggest asking to be placed in Skhue’s section. One of the best experiences and best service I have enjoyed in a long time! Highly recommend
The consultants are very helpful and friendly. They are truly aimed at providing the best solution for your needs.
If I could give this business a zero star rating, that is exactly what I would have done!!!! On the 27th of July 2019, we paid the full purchase price (R5 499.50) on a Monica Corner Suite, Invoice number 11648. The salesman advised us that the estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks. Countless calls, messages and e-mails further, we still have not received the lounge suite. On the 20th of November 2019, I requested a refund of the amount paid, to be advised that the refund will only be paid between 7 - 10 working days. It is now the 20th of December 2019 and we still have not received the refund. All calls to telephone numbers go unanswered. All e-mails go unanswered and I have driven through from Pretoria to two different Johannesburg branches to be able to communicate with employees of the business. After a trip on the 19th of December 2019, a promise was made that the refund will be paid before 10:00 on the 20th of December 2019. I still have not received the funds. As a result, this will mean I have to drive to the Germiston warehouse again just to find out what is going on, as I cannot get a hold of anyone via e-mail or telephone. Considering my interest paid on my credit card, time spent, phone calls made and petrol driven out to Johannesburg, this is becoming a really costly purchase. Not to mention the fact that we have now basically given them an interest-free personal loan over a 5 month period. For anyone considering purchasing from them, maybe think twice about your purchase!!!!

I would like to compliment the staff at Yuppiechef. I made an error while ordering an item for myself by adding it to an item I ordered from a Registry. They were extremely helpful and sorted out my error in a few hours.

Well done guys!!! It is fantastic to receive such great assistance in a country where we stuggle to get same.

Good Day,

I have had it to a point where I just can't take it anymore!!! I cancelled my Cartrack on the 23rd of September 2015 and paid the outstanding amount for the 36 month contract in advance. On the 1st of October 2015 debit order was deducted from my account for the Cartrack installment. I brought the cancellation under the attention of client services, who advised that they are sorry for the error and that my money will be refunded within 7 - 14 working days, which is just madness. Nevertheless, approximately a month after the debit order went off, I was reimbursed. Now, a whole month later, 1 November 2015 after my fist complaint, the debit order was deducted once again. So I guess I'll have to wait another month to get reimbursed, and since I am quite sure the same thing will happen again next month, I guess I will have to take some of my precious time to go into one of my bank's branches to cancel the debit order for good.

I am quite furious at this stage and want to scream!!!!
To the staff at this branch, thank you!

We were off to a rocky start when we started the process of buying our new vehicle from you, but in the end you really came through for us, and we just want to say thank you for the speeding up of the process and the feedback you gave to us, making sure that we receive our car earlier than anticipated.

Regards,

The Meyers
Dear Vodacom,

I would like to bring it under your attention that your accounts department is in serious dissaray! After deducting my debit order a day too early, my payment did not go through. Even though I made payment, my phone is still under soft lock. And how do I fix this, according to the Vodacom branch, I have to phone the accounts department. Funny as my phone is blocked and I am unable to call. And to add insult to injury, Vodacom deducted my current account 3 times this month, so my account of R420 amounts to deductions of over R1200 and once again the service consultant advises me that I need to phone the accounts department with my blocked phone! Furious, agitated and no where closer to a solution!!!
