Received confirmation that my order was out for delivery on Friday 10 April 2026. Made plans to be available all day in case the courier comes. I never received any phone calls nor was there anyone at my house to deliver. The same night when checking delivery status online, I saw a not that no one was at home. LIES!!! I don't know why people still use their services
During Black Friday week 27th November 2025. I made an online purchase using my MyWorld account card, due to no stock the payment I made was refunded on 3rd of December 2025. I waited two days for payment to be cleared which never happened, I then called in and an agent advised me that it takes 72 hours for refunded payments to clear. I then left it and a week later I called in again 9th December 2025 and a ticket was logged Reference: 9467500392. To date no one has been in contact with me. I called in and the line drops when I start to ask questions regarding my refund being cleared.
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with JAMBO MOTORS regarding a Kia Rio I purchased. The vehicle was advertised as a TEC model, which comes with a higher spec and features — but after having to replace the Starter Motor, I discovered it was actually an EX model, a completely different spec. This is a deliberate misrepresentation. I have brought this to their attention by sending them multiple emails. No one has taken ownership of the issue or contacted me. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
Account paid up - still waiting for my refund. Submitted my banking details almost a month ago.
Sold my car over 2 years ago, CarTrack expects me to pay early termination fee if I want to cancel my contract.
Took out a loan with them in November never opted to pay the initiation fees upfront, however when it came to my Debit Order they charged me for initiation fees. They claim they're calls are recorded but to date I have not yet received any feedback from them as to how they will rectify this. Worst mistake ever.

Last week my wife got a call from Platinum Life promising that they were going to send her a gift voucher. After giving them 100 phone numbers the voucher came, when we tried to use it the check out page crashed and the Isabella Garcia website asked us to reload the page. We reloaded the page and when trying to apply the coupon code we get an error that it does not exist! Scammers
Just got pushed off the road by one of their drivers...Didn't get the number plate but it was a Quantum. White guy sitting on the passenger side. Happened in Industria around 06:45 the morning of 04 November 2022
