This dealership acquires code 3 s**** cars, makes repairs, and subsequently sells these vehicles to unsuspecting customers. I would like to advise anyone considering the purchase of a used car to avoid this dealership for the following reasons: They have a track record of selling repaired vehicles that may still pose significant safety and reliability issues. Consumers can find themselves at a loss after purchasing these cars, given their prior status as written-off. Additionally, if you feel compelled to escalate any concerns to the motor industry ombudsman, please be aware that the odds may not be in your favor. Unfortunately, the ombudsman office appears to be influenced by the interests of dealerships like this one, which can lead to a biased resolution. I strongly urge the public to exercise caution and consider alternatives before making a decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with JAMBO MOTORS regarding a Kia Rio I purchased. The vehicle was advertised as a TEC model, which comes with a higher spec and features — but after having to replace the Starter Motor, I discovered it was actually an EX model, a completely different spec. This is a deliberate misrepresentation. I have brought this to their attention by sending them multiple emails. No one has taken ownership of the issue or contacted me. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.

Like quite a few other people please do proper checks about the car especially VIN checks before purchasing from this dealer. I found out the very hard way that they buy and rebuild previously badly damaged cars and then sell it at big profits. My loss amounts to R42,000 after paying R69,000 for a Charade. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and started to shout at me when I confronted him about selling me this car. Please stay away from this dealership!!!

I bought a Nissan Navara in 2021 from Jambo Motors. To date no issues with the car. On Monday, i called Jambo Motors looking for a service book for the car (Not really expecting any help after so long), but to my pleasant surprise, i was assisted by Nerisha. She took my details down, and a day later came back to me, she went above what was expected. Such a pleasant soul to deal with. Its been a while since i experienced such wonderful service. Because of that, i will always buy from Jambo Motors, and refer people to them. The after service Nerisha provides is just outstanding

<div>I purchased a Golf 1.0tsi with 18000km & started experiencing vibrations approaching 30000km. This dealership buys accident damage cars, does cosmetic repairs to hide the damage & avoids major repairs, then resells them. Any disclosure will be something like a repainted bumper. I've just won a court case against them with costs, Gauteng Regional Court Case nr. 20/2023. Avoid like a plague or sue them.</div>

I didn't appreciate the way I was handled. I was pressured to make a deposit for a vehicle that I reserved two days before. I did not want to pay the deposit before I had seen and driven the vehicle. I was then told to pay the deposit or he vehicle would be sold to someone else. I cancelled the deal there and then. I had a very bad feeling about the dealership and would strongly recommend anyone to think twice about parting with your money when requested to pay a deposit for anyone to reserve a car for you ! I would rather spend my money at honourable dealerships.

It has been 5 months since I bought my Golf VII Tsi from the above mentioned dealership. I bought car and it had broken mirror, the steering wheel volume button was missing, the car has cracks on the body, the tyres were finished, the airbags were not functioning, their battery which they claimed they changed didn't last me 3 months. And they want me to pay for the broken mirror which I didn't break. Everyone stay away from this dealership. I don't recommend their cars honestly. Imagine a dealership that wouldn't want to trade in their own car within 5 months of purchase. Who does that? The people there will scam you, you'll be speaking to one person and when things get heated there's a channel you need to follow. This one will send you to this one, that one to that one. You don't wanna buy your car there. I have experience with them.
