I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I waited 2 months for my order, only for the couch to arrive stained, the table delivered in gold instead of black, and the ottoman delivered in a completely different colour from the couch. After raising these issues, I then waited another 6 weeks for collection and replacement. Your team collected the couch and ottoman and delivered only a replacement couch. The table issue still remains unresolved. To make matters worse, your delivery team is now claiming that the ottoman was never collected, despite the fact that it was taken from my house and I have camera footage confirming this. I am tired of the poor service, delays, incorrect deliveries, and the constant daily phone calls. This entire experience has been stressful and unacceptable. I am formally requesting that all remaining items be collected and that I receive a full refund within 7 days. Failing this, I will escalate the matter further and take my business to a company that values its customers. Please treat this as urgent.
Received 10k payment on the 23rd of April from my client as she always pays me monthly different amounts. To my surprised on the 30th when all other clients tried makeong payments money was reversed & they told me. Called Standard Bank they told my account is blocked cause of the transaction done on the 23rd bear in mind I received no communication from Standard Bank that my account is blocked 1st res flag. I submitted all documents needed no response. On Monday went to the branch they escalated the query Edward Mohajane is the one busy with the case no sense of urgency at all how did Standard Bank allow absa to flag my account as ***** but left their client that made payment to me account not blocked. Now Edward manager is involved Jabu in order to deal with the matter at hand she respond that my business doesn’t have a ncr certificate if that’s the case why did Standard Bank allow my business account to operate for so long without letting me know that I don’t meet the criteria? I don’t do money laundering or *****ulent activities this has affected me & my business emotionally & physically. Debit order not paid clients can’t receive service from me I REQUEST this matter to be solved in 24hrs account close money released o will use another bank
I have never been so frustrated like this since they installed these solar things in January. Was assisted by Nureen and her service is bad I’ve been telling her that my electricity bill is much more then before but still no help. Been calling them still no assistance.
I went to buy roofing things on the 18 of October delivery was suppose to be on the 19th till today 23rd I haven’t received my delivery. Workers are coming everyday but not working.
Mayfair gearbox selby has the worse revive ever. I took my car 2 weeks ago just to help me put in the gearbox correctly for me cause my mechanic couldn’t. I’ve been begging for a quote I’ve been begging for my car to be attended to. Already I don’t trust them cause they firstly gave me a quote of R62 000 and it was not mine but they insisted. Until they said it was a job quote attached to mine incorrectly
I finished paying this debt 2 years ago I’m still waiting waiting for a paid up letter
I registered with them for home fiber got it installed on the 07.04.2020 and now my bill is R1400 couple of cents and no one can explain to me why and i ask to to cancel they say i must pay R1750.00. why is like this during this pandemic i signed for a subscription of R750.
I told fnb I get paid on the 25 March and it decides to debit my account on the 21st March and my account didn't have money. Now I was charge for nothing which is not my fault. I have paid my fnb personal loan complete now please close it and update my name with the credit Bureaus I'm not happy at all. And I will close my account with fnb.
