NuSeason Be aware that this company is a ****. Weeks on end excuses. Then they blame the courier company and then go silent and delete their facebook account. They have so much to sell half not in stock which you only find that out once payment went through. But they keep the items available to buy.
Through VOX telecommunication we have Vumarel fibre. From what I can see the 4th March they have connection issues. In the mean ti.e people are losing money. People are paying for internet and not receiving any service. They are as *********** as VOX Telecommunication. How can an internet service have issues for almost a MONTH????? Cancelling our subscribtion to VOX and will make sure when subscribing to a new service they do not make use of Vumatel (Sedibeng)
Where do I begin? If you read this review do not sign up with VOX. It's been days which we struggle with connection. Then you get a sms to say all restored bur the entire household still struggles with connection. Then suddenly you have NO connection. Nothing gets fixed. Everyone is just super sorry. I bet VOX personnel is not even using VOX internet service. If you are late with a payment (hours not even days) your service is stopped. With this ****py service we need to pay and wait... even buy additional data to atleast be able to communicate with your phone. Do they compensate for leaving their customers for DAYS without service? No. But don't worry, they working on it. Right. That's why nothing is happening. I use the interner to do a sideline income and I am starting to pay back my customers because due to VOX's incompetence I cannot do any orders on time. I pay you for nothing. You give me nothing but take my money. Sort this out VOX. Vanderbijllark, SW1.
I am ising the additional phone to log a review against Vox. I rhe wife do the payments for this account each month wether it is on my husbands name or not. FP du Preez The entire family is using it. Same bank account pays for it do not say I am not a verified customer. How is it that you can phone me to sort this out, yet you say I am not a verified customer?! Again no internet access. I can not handle this anymore. Rhis is getting ridiculous.
I placed an ordet at Takelot.com on 6 September only to find they returned my package due to sending it to the wrong courier facility. According to THEIR communication 15 September they've redirected it and I would receive confirmation of the new delivery date. Only to receive an email 16 September stating I was credited with my ordered amount. WHO decides to credit THEIR own wrong doing? This is pathetic service. I don't get my money back, it have to be used on my next order.
Waiting since last week for a call back. When we call them they just hang up the phone in our ears. This is the worst customer service experienced ever. Trying to contact their contact centre with the info below on the policy papers we do mot evwn get a reply. Yet they were eager to sell the policy.
I do t know how you will be able to resolve this tho. It is all the more that when I go to Checkers (in Vdb CBD) someone will come up to you asking you to pay for their food. Today one even tried to take my trolley and push it for me to join my shopping. Really? I know things are bad out therr, but hey guys, I still work for a living and as it is at times would love to rather go home and kick off my shkes than still go shopping, and for now to know you gonna be hassled and guilt tripped is so not n pleasure. What are you going to do about this? I know this is tricky, but dont you have security anymore that walk around and see this?
We bought a bakkie from them and had problems at the beginning with the salesman who eventually started being ok after contacting his manager Frikkie. Paid the bakkie in full, still waited for the SD card which was said to take 10 days to deliver. We went on holiday for two weeks, came back and contacted Frikkie about this. My husband seems very lenient about this, but after 2 weeks they even don't have it yet. I decided to put this review, seeing 1000' of rands were already paid, an agreement was reached to ensure we get this SD card after we come back from leave (they started organising to get it even BEFORE we went on leave.) I tried to get Frikkie's surname but with no avail. This bakkie might have been cheap to other people but paying so much and end up not getting what was agreed upon is bad service. I have expected more fro. VW. If we do not get the sd card by end of this week, I am going to lay a complaint to VW SA. Hopefully something will happen then.
I keep getting an error when sending sms'. ERROR 38. How many times should I go to a Vodacom shop for them to rectify this? I am not going in again. They by some way get it going again and all is happy. I mean really, noy even the vodacom techs know what this error is!? HA yeah thinking bout it, I cannot WAIT for 1 Oct. We boutght TWO of the SAME data packages, only to receive one of what we paid for. The other we were scammed out of 30gig data. We were told its ok, it is rectified for the next month. EXCEPT... We lost the other 30gig. We paid for it, but not going to be refunded or getting additional 30 we paid for and not received.
All started out good when booking through Travelstart. Until you run into problems . I have been emailing them twice. The first email I must admit could have been to the incorrect mail address. The second was read and today its been two days since its been read and STILL I have no reply onto my querie wrt the fact that my booking on Mango was paid for eticket received with no ticker number? As this is the first time I book online with them, I think even if there is not supposed to be a ticket number, I should be put at ease with my query instead of just left hanging. Although the booking I did the same day for return flights had ticket numbers???
