Cold, old and smelly chicken
Purchased rock my soul 6 via Uber eats and what I received was cold old meat that tasted funny and had a weird smell. Ended up throwing it away. Food poisoning comes in many forms

Monthly and interest fee ****
Woolworths has a tendency of increasing your credit limit without your concern, a month or two after settling your account, in order for you to owe them so that they can charge you interest. Can this please stop.

NWJ online is mediocre
NWJ is really dropping the ball. They used to be quite efficient when it came to making timely deliveries. You'd make an order and within a week your order would be in you hands. Of late you wait more than a month to receive your order. You send follow email, they don't respond. Thank you NWJ for the "oh so great" service and experience.

Early delivery fee is a ****. Don't fall for it.
Never pay an extra fee for early delivery on Takealot. They are not as efficient as they claim to be. It is a ****. They'll keep rescheduling your delivery.

Nedbank has always been a great bank to me on a personal level but when it comes to business, especially small businessses, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with them.

Too long waiting period
With eshopping growing as an industry I would say takealot is slowly becoming a game changer. They deliver as promised however I believe they can improve even further especially when it comes to their turnaround time.

Business banking services at Nedbank Maponya Mall are the worst.
I have the worst business banker ever. Everytime you call the phone constantly rings or it takes you to not available. You leave a message and he never gets back to you. I've had to experience such 3 times in a space of one week. Lacks sense of urgency. I'm even thinking of switching banks.

Student customers are neglected
Sage learning services doesn't take students serious. You call the sales department they answer in a flash, you call the learning service department and you're put on hold till you run out of airtime. Makes you wish there was an alternative

Poor Betting Service Provider - BETWAY
If you're into betting and looking for a betting service provider I advise you to stay away from Betway(South Africa). They know how to accept deposits into their accounts and reply very quick when it comes to that, but when it comes to withdrawing it's another story. I just hope not all betting service providers are like them. I made a deposit and due to a sudden urgent matter I wanted to withdraw. They have the gall to ask me why am I withdrawing my own money and have frozen my withdrawal. After submitting the documents they wanted to get my funds they don't reply as quickly as they would have when I deposited the funds.
