My self and my doctor have had over 20 follows-ups with Libcare over a two month period and they simply don’t respond. My doctor has filled in all the necessary documentation and motivation, but Libcare does not acknowledge. The contact agents make promises to call back, but never do. I have written to the Principle Officer Tracey Unser who is as useless, with no acknowledge of numerous follow-ups. They are happy to take my monthly contribution to pay their own salaries though. Its seems that a complaint to the CMS is the only way to get them to do their jobs.
I closed and fully settled my absa credit card on 18 June 2021. I received a reference number of "C-11082534 ; ref:_00D1r1GluM._5005q1geI1:". They did'nt close the keep calling me.
I have taken a Vodacom fibre contract, but am battling to get Vodacom to activate the contract. I call every day, get promises, but no one ever calls back. Sales order number is SO200930-214111; refer number is FR20-1102-810878
I simply needed to do a cash deposit into my card. I stood in line at the 2 ATMs outside the branch. One ATM was not working. after 10minues of waiting in line got the send ATM. The option to deposit cash did not display. I then stood in line at the service queue, and a rude lady said I should just go see the manager, as the ATMS were full. Very rude. I then went to the manager tat said I must walk across the mall to another ATM outside PnP. I go there and that ATM is also offline. This whole processess has now taken 40minus to just do a deposit. I then go back to the branch, the branch manager, a sleeply old lady come to me and says I must calm down, and she just works there, and should leave. Thiis branch manager should actually go and retirement, and the branch should get some fresh energetic staff. Terrible experience at ****arney mall branch!
Ive received a gift card from Makro. Ive called every phone number but no one can help me. Ive been to the store called their head office, and called their accounts department. Customer service does not exist.
my reference number is Cf080038. Cell C suddenly dropped my fiber connection, and after numerous complaints, and promises to resolve, nothing has been done. Customer service is non existant. Tumiso Lebang makes promises to call, but never does. all I can say is that Tumiso Lebang is dishonest and is a lair.
Profmed does not pay out claims for benefits. Although the specific plans stipulate the benefits, when I submit my claims, they dont pay out. This needs to be addressed. I ve called numerous times and given the run around. I'll now post on social media, twitter and facebook and see if this can get some action.

My number is MAK ********** . I ordered a heater on 1 June 2019. The wrong heater was delivered. I called the call centre 3 times and logged it on the online shopping site. Still no action, and I'm sitting with the wrong heater. BTW, the heater is R170 cheaper at takealot, so this is REALLY the last time I shop online with makro. Incompetent and expensive is all I have to say.
