I have experienced worse terrible service from standard bank, I called them to request them to reactivate my debit order for my grandma, they kept me holding for more than 30 minutes, I tried again still kept me holding for more than 30 minutes without any help. Then on Monday I went to Westgate mall Standard branch to ask them to help me because I can't get help via telephone. They also failed to help me, they referred back to the telephone call. Then I told that I came to the branch because the customer care can't help me. I left without getting help, this is very bad, my grandma funeral policy will lapse just because of the *********** and ******** employees of Standard bank. Who can help me if the branch also can't help me. If my policy can lapse, they must pay me back all my money that I paid since I started joining because there's no one to help me to reactivate the debit order. I rate Standard bank Zero.
I have experienced worse terrible service with SA home loan. My bond became on arrears after the interest rates went up, then I sent and email requested that rework my contract by adding 2 months to cover my arrears, they agreed and also sent me email. After that my bond is being paid in advance but now when I need to redraw they are telling me that there no money for redraw. They are failing to explain where was my going to because I have been paying more extra on my bond. This Lindokuhle consultant was not helpful on my issue even though I tried to explain to him. They gave worse terrible service ever, and wasted my airtime on the phone for over 30 minutes. I need to redraw my advance because I have been paying more extra, my bond is R6100 and I am paying R6700. But they have guts to tell me that there's nothing on my redraw. Worse service, if they don't solve my situation, I am going to switch to another bank for my bond.
I have been asking for the paid up letter since last week, no one is bothered to reply to my email. I made several calls to request paid up letter but there's no one to help me. Very terrible service from customer service at direct Axis. They received my payment but they issue the paid up letter. Worse service ever I rate them Zero.
I have experienced a terrible treatment at Krugersdorp pedros yesterday. There is no customer service in that restaurant, they treat customers as trash, they treat customers as they are doing us a favour, it's like we are given food for free. They have too much disrespect towards customers. After bought our meal and made seat in, it took forever to receive our order, then after received the order, I found out that the chips were brown( slightly burnt), there were no sauces on the table, I asked the waitress to change the chips because it was burnt. She came took the chip, they took forever to bring the chips, we ate the meal without the chips, I went to ask about our chips, the manager gave me an attitude when I tried to explain that we being waiting for the chips and we are about to finish the meal without chips. Almost all employees at this restaurant undermine customers, because I could sense after I complained that they look at you as like who are you wena. The manager also has the same mentality of undermining customers because she didn't see anything wrong because she didn't apologize but just gave gave stink attitude.Then brought the chips after I complained. There is no respect for customers in this restaurant, I rate it Zero. M going to post this again on social media.
M not happy about the service that I have received at Clicks Westgate mall. I went to drop the return items from Temu online purchase, but I was kept waiting for a long time, while the assistants were doing nothing, after waited for long, someone came to assist me but she didn't finish helping me, she stopped and attended other customers while m waiting there, after I closing my plastic bag I told her that I am done, but didn't come back and pick up the item put at the safe place, she just told me that leave the on the counter I will take it and record it. I am worried about the safety of item because if someone pass by and take my parcel I won't get refunded from Temu. The employees at clicks Westgate do not take customers seriously, If my item get missing and don't get pick up for my refund then Clicks must refund me the amount that I am expecting from Temu. I was badly treated. They made me feel that my issue is not that important because other customers were attended in front of before they even with me. Clicks Westgate learn customer service. M ****ed off!
I have experienced a terrible and poorly service from their consultants. I rate them zero, they kept me holding for more than 30 minutes. I wasted my airtime and I didn't get help. I will never recommend anyone to standard bank. In simple words, they are useless!
I am really fed up by the treatment from their consultants, their behaviour is like they were trained to be evil, they don't want to hear your point. They only thing they are good at it's to threaten that they are going take the car. It's like they don't live on this planet. It's like they don't have debts in their lives. Their treatment is now irritating, they have a evil way to treat their customers. I am aware that account is on arrears and I am making sure that every month I pay the normal installment plus arrears but they keep threatening me every month that they will repossess the car. My arrears is R2800, then I requested to pay R1100 extra because is the amount I know that I can afford but they are refusing and that stubborn consultant told me that they are going to take the car if I don't pay half of that amount. The account is paid every month plus normal installment but they keep threatening that they will repossess the car, what kind of madness is that? I really hate it when someone tries to take advantage of me. I regret buying from this bank, I will never recommend anyone to buy through MFC. Most of their consultants are heartless.
Old Mutual is the worse financial institution ever, i have a loan with them but do not sent statement, every time i need to see balance i have to contact them. just imagine, this year i have not received statement. The worse financial institution ever! i rate them zero!
I am not happy by the conduct that FNB treated us, they have closed our account while i have been depositing money every month. This bank institution is very selfish and inconsiderate to their clients. There was no need to close our account and hand it over, they trying to enrich their lawyers with our little cents, how do you hand over account that is receiving deposits every month. This is out of order, and they must reverse their decision because heartless and unprofessional. You can't treat NGO account like profit company. FNB MUST FALL!!!
i have concern about budget insurance, they have being behaving so very careless about their customers, I do not understand why they are so very heartless like this, they have increased my monthly premium in June, i contacted them to request that they reduce because its too expensive for my affordability, but still they refused. i have giving them a last chance to rework my premier if they continue refuse to use their mind, i am going to switch another insurance company because they behave like they do not live on this planet, they think like money rain from heaven, they do not know how to do business, they are very selfish and greedy. If they continue stubborn, i will leave with my 3 friends that i introduced them to budget. And they must not delegate a consultant who can't take a decision to call me. They must fix this mess
